"Disappointed"
We are very disappointed with our Kardean flooring we’ve had it down for just over two years, the spacing bits are shrinking leaving large gaps and some loose pieces due to the shrinkage, it was very expensive and already looks shabby. I would be very grateful if Kardean themselves could come here to see this floor.

"Still love it"
We had karndean laid in large open plan living room with access to garden in 2016. For us it’s proven to be worth every penny. We used recommended fitters. We clean it roughly monthly and it still looks great. A couple of scratches which we haven’t yet tried the refresh on. Ours has a 35 year guarantee hopefully will see us out !!

"Disappointed"
We had Kardean fitted throughout the kitchen and living room, we wanted what we thought was the best in our new home as we dont plan to move again sorry to say so far we are very disappointed and if I could afford it I would have it replaced. It never looks clean and has scratched very easily. We had a very cheap laminate in our old house it was down for 18 years and not a mark on it when we sold.

"We have Karndean flooring in the…"
We have Karndean flooring in the kitchen and conservatory. It has been down for three years and it looks shabby and dirty even after washing with the 'official' cleaning products. It was expensive to buy and is expensive to clean. It takes ages to wash and the efforts are worthless. We will be replacing the flooring next year and will not be sorry to see it go.

"Karndean discolouration"
Although the Karndean floor has been down a while it certainly isn’t scratch fee and now like a previous review we are getting areas of the beige flooring turning a blue green colour. Nothing seems to clean this away and the entire floor space now looks ridiculous.
Big area so cost a small fortune to purchase and fit .

"Disappointed"
We recently had our kitchen diner completely refurbished and was recommended kardean floor tiles, as we have 2 dogs we needed something pretty hard wearing. It is advertised as durable and easy to clean. Although it wasn’t cheap we thought it best to pay more for a, what we thought would be, better quality product.
Initially we were impressed with the floor, it looked great when we first had it done. However, after less than a week, we already began to notice scratches and dents on the tiles.
We have now had the flooring for 2 months and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, there’s a lot of scratches and I wouldn’t say it was particularly easy to clean. I would expect a lot better quality for the price we paid!

"Easily scratched and never looks clean."
We bought in excess of 45M2 of (mid to high range) Karndean, we initially loved it but after a month or so began to notice how poor quality it actually is. When we heard the “jargon“ about it being scratch resistant and easy to clean, so on so forth. We thought it would be an excellent choice so went ahead and ordered it, the floor looked amazing when it initially went down, however after a month or two we started to notice the floor had scratches in it some alarmingly deep and also had divots in it when furniture has been placed web though it had been placed on the pads provided. The floor never really looked clean, smears and other marks started to appear even after mopping with karndean products. The floor has been down nearly 2 years now but looks as though it’s been down in my opinion for about 15 years. I’m terrified what it would look like if we had children. Over all we are highly disappointed with karndean flooring and feel slightly robbed as it isn’t by any means a budget product. We bought our first house and totally renovated it and the karndean floor really lets it down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. It’s very sad as we wear told great things about this floor and we were so excited to have it. Obviously this is our opinion and I’m sure some people love it, however we have had a terrible experience and knowing what we now know had something different or better quality.

"Not recommended for young families"
We purchased the flooring as we had read how hard wearing it is and with a toddler this was important for us. We have been careful with all of our furniture and have pads on the bottom to prevent scratches. Even though we have been careful our floor is covered with scratches! This is from my child playing with her toys and she is not rough with them at all. Very disappointed given the price tag. Would not recommend for other families.

"Not recommended"
We bought Karndean expecting good quality and durability, as it costs more than most. We were pleased with the look and the quality of the fitting.
We are, however very disappointed how, a few years on, it has discoloured. Where it is near a french window - but NOT in strong sunlight - the original light beige is turning a nasty blueish tone. This is certainly not what we expected for the price. I wish i had paid less for bog standard vinyl, or more.
I would not buy Karndean again and have advised friends against buying it.

"Karndean knight tile opus urbus fitted…"
Karndean knight tile opus urbus fitted in our new kitchen diner, purchased because sold as a hard wearing, industrial strength product, how disappointed are we. It been down just two years and I would change it if I could afford to. It is covered in scratches, dents, it marks so easily and never looks clean. We are a family of three adults who wear no shoes in the house. Our supplier came out a year ago to have a look, after numerous chasing never responded, followed this up again this year as gotten worse, he is supposed to be refresh cleaning, not sure what this will do?? ... after chasing this, told to bare with him as no one available currently. It upsets me so much as so expensive and it’s not worth the hype.
