We purchased our e-cargo bike in the Bristol branch. Being new to this type of bike test riding different models with our little one while also getting plenty of advice from the knowledgeable and experienced team was really useful.
What’s more important though, Rich and Mike were extremely helpful and patient when we had an issue with the bike electronic management system and had to go through quite a drawn out procedure with Bosch - many thanks for that guys!

i wanted an e-bike and did some research on line and didn't want to go too cheap as its my commute to work. I found the Electric Bike Shop, Solihull on line. I telephoned to see if they had the estarli bike i wanted in stock, which they had. Drove to the shop and Nikki was amazing showing me all the features of the bike, including folding.
