We received an excellent service from Telitec.
At the beginning of March, we discovered that BT Espana was no longer going to be supporting our mother’s landline and that we would need to find a new service provider before April.
The lockdown was then announced and there was no way of organising a new service provider in time, so we could not start this process properly until the lockdown was lifted in July. Unfortunately, by this stage our mother’s landline had become inactive during lockdown and Telitec was advised by Movistar (Telefonica that was, who own the landline) that an engineer would have to call to her to reactivate it.
In the week that this was scheduled to be done (mid-September), Movistar then further advised (7 weeks after we had started the process) that it was no longer its policy to reactivate landlines that had become inactive, so we were now back to exactly where we started 7 weeks earlier.
Telitec now quickly sourced for us, a mobile phone that met the specific needs of our mother, with larger text and keys, and also the best mobile phone package suitable for her.
I really cannot recommend this company or its staff, highly enough.
I was contacted by a lovely lady from Customer Services, Romy, who quite obviously understands the concept of customer service. She rang at 10am in the morning, after I had emailed them late the night before. I was not left waiting around for somebody to call me.
If I sent later emails with a query or some information that they had been asked for, she emailed me straight back the next day. If the query warranted a longer conversation – she rang me. I did not have to chase Romy for information, or wait days or weeks for a response. The lady on the Administration team was just as good.
Our mother is very happy with her phone, her phone package, and we are very happy with the excellent service that we received from Telitec.

We are very pleased with the WI-FI installation provided by Telitec.
The engineer came on time and did a very tidy installation which works very well.
We found the paperwork for this extremely easy.
We are in Alcalali in the Jalon Valley and WI-FI was installed in early October 2020

A dreadful company to deal even after being customers for several years

We have been a customer of Telitec since 2008, until the last 2 years we have been very satisfied with their service on Camposol. After a number of internet service issues, we have decided to go to another provider.
We have approached Telitec to have a deposit paid in 2008 refunded to us, which the Customer Service’s is refusing to do, this deposit is 150 euros plus IVA. This appears to be a way to avoid their contract obligations.

Telitec berechnet höhere Datenraten ab, als sie wirklich anbieten. Ich bezahle für 12MB/s bekomme aber maximal 6MB/s meist jedoch sogar weniger als 1MB/s.
Die Techniker von Telitec sagen es geht technisch nicht besser, wobei die Servicetermine immer korrekt eingehalten werden.
Statt das Telitec die Rate selbständig nach unten anpasst oder eine technische Lösung bringt, kassieren sie weiterhin die Preise für die hohen Datenraten ab.
Das ist keine Kundenorientierung, hier wird der Kunde an der Nase rumgeführt.
Tipp: Messen Sie Ihre tatsächliche Datenrate selbst !

Poor. Trying to fob us off with customers (us) not knowing the difference between bandwidth and download speed. We're sending you 10mbps so you must have a big house with thick walls and be too far from the router...... bla bla. Speed is below 3mbps and these days for €30 per month is poor. I signed up for 10 and expected 6 but 3 is u unacceptable.

Waited a year for fibre and it arrived today. Great liaison with the office and a trouble free installation by Keith and Lee. As a director of a UK software company I would have no hesitation in recommending Telitec
