"Bad news at Camposol .."

Bad news at Camposol ... again ..!! I am a Telitec user at Camposol near Mazarron and last weekend we had no internet and no apology. It now runs at less than half and sometimes only ten per cent of the speed I am paying for. All they are interested in is selling fiber and it looks as if us lesser mortals will have to survive on what might be left in the pipe after the IPTV users have sucked it all up. Simply not good enough.!

"Exploitative and Disinterested Company."

Contacted them today from the UK to request a three months rental of a 4G wireless modem to get a fast internet connection in a villa we are renting soon. They simply were not interested in assisting me unless I took a contract for a year or a ridiculously expensive and exploitative weekly rental at €30 a week! So, let me think, three months costing €360 or £321 in coinage of the realm! Clearly they are intent on cynically raiding the wallets of Brits who need a three month internet connection, presumably assuming that we have no choice. Well, they are wrong on both counts. We would never roll over to be kicked by such opportunistic charlatans and we do have choice. Swiss cable are being very helpful and reasonable. Avoid Telitec like the plague.

"If only we had consulted Trustpilot …"

If only we had consulted Trustpilot first!

We lived in Ireland for 15 years before moving to Spain, and in that 15 years we had less trouble with our internet connection than we had with Telitec in 3 months.

The installation engineer was very pleasant and helpful, but there was obviously no communication between the sales department and the engineers. Not all the kit was supplied, the installation had to be done over 2 visits, and a last item of equipment (VOIP box and phone for calls to the UK) which was still missing on the second visit had to be delivered the next day for us to connect ourselves.

Our internet connection failed 3 days after the installation. When you ring up, you don't always speak to someone - you have to leave a message instead. Someone usually (but not always) rings back, and they are always polite, but that doesn't help to fix the problem. When the internet went wrong, it took between 2 and 4 days to fix. We ended up having to go to an internet cafe to catch up on our e-mails and our business.

We wanted a landline to keep in constant and regular touch with my wife's father who is 91 years old and, despite stressing the importance of a reliable connection, Telitec were incapable of suppliying it.

We have now ended our contract - steer well clear of these people, they don't keep their promises.

"No service!!"

Called them Monday morning that my fiber cable is broken. Within 48 hours they need send someone to look and then they have 72 hours to repair they told me praid by phone......... when I was with Vodafone I paid 1 euro extra like a company and service within 24 hours............. 5 times they told me to call back........ but I'm still waiting. Very arogant people !!!!
Better take an other company!!

"I recently paid 20 euros to Telitec …"

I recently paid 20 euros to Telitec via their web site to top up my HIts Mobile phone. The Bank came back straight away and confirmed the transaction. However there has been nothing added to the balance on my phone. Usually the increased balance is announced immediately with a text message to the phone in question, but not this time. Hits confirm that nothing has been added and have instructed me to deal with Telitec direct but they have so far not responded to an email or to several phone calls.
I shall post the outcome....if I eventually manage to speak to Telilec.
If they explain the problem, apologize and "come good" I shall use them again......otherwise NO!

Their internet service is 3rd world. When I attempt to get support, their focus is on proving that you the customer is wrong.

"Best of the Best"

Having used a few other suppliers during the past 10 years, I signed up with Telitec two years ago.
What a breath of fresh air. Their service is second to none, we have the full package, ADSL, telephone, and line rental.
Whenever there is a problem, infrequently, their Customer Service, and Technical staff are brilliant.
If only all companies in Spain followed their example.

"Shockingly bad service, do not use this company!"

I'm constantly amazed that anyone continues to use this two-bit company. Poor products and appalling customer service - what a combination!
Please do yourselves a favour (and save a lot of grey hairs and stress) find another telecoms provider on the Costa Blanca, not this unpleasant shower...
