Neue Eigentümer sehr bürokratisch. Für expatriates nicht mehr interessant, weil nur mehr von spanischem Konto abgebucht wird - Änderung der Konditionen ohne Kommunikation mit Kunden, Ton neuerdings unfreundlich und sehr unflexibel (nach 10 Jahren guter Erfahrungen).

"Very slow wireless Internet"
We have had Telitec wireless Internet for many years, paying for 10 Mbs download. We watch TV through TVMucho, which provides HD TV at 5Mbs download. Until a week or so ago, the TV was fine, but now it hangs so often it’s not worth looking at. Speedtest frequently clocks the Internet speed as less than 3Mbs. Technical support, as usual, responded promptly, as usual, to my complaint, but are unable to improve matters.
This problem is obviously due to Telitec signing up far more people (holiday makers?) than their infrastructure can support.
We have been offered a 4G service by customer services, at far greater expense, of course; but why should we pay more just to get the service for which we are already paying?

"Funny how Telitec only respond to good…"
Funny how Telitec only respond to good comments. Never a sorry to poor reviews and what they have done (or not done) to resolve their problems. Their service response reminds me of the good old 1970's but hey, haven't we progressed since then? Also, it's Funny that as all telecoms in the 1970's went through mutli selectors (mechanical rotary switches) unlike today's high speed processors that constantly seem to fail. You had to physically check the fault back then, as opposed to bashing a querty keyboard today and wait for the 'diagnostic report'. I know what is quicker to repair!!

"No service and suspect engineer accidentally disconnected us"
For the past week have experienced an hour's outage of service in the morning, but have had no service for two days, and still waiting for an engineer. I suspect that their recent takeover by a larger telecom company has affected their service, and lack of good competent staff. A shame.

"Bad service"
Reported fault and told when an engineer will come the next day. Phoned several times and they said their engineer was running late and would be first thing the next day at 9am. When phoning again they said they did not say that and an engineer will come by 1pm. Neighbours had the same problem and when they got connected we got disconnected for some strange reason. It does appear that since the company has been taken over recently that service has gone downhill very badly. Customer services only say engineer will come unless he crashes his vehicle.

Very helpful and totally professional, I would highly recommend Telitec . They also have multiple language personnel which makes life easier !!.The price for full fibre is very competitive and the installation simple.
