I must admit it’s hard to impress me but after calling a few local companies and a few of them trying to get fibre to my house at elite was the last company I was going to try before I gave up. I spoke with them they turned up when they said they did a survey and basically installed the fibre cable on the survey then came back another day to finish the install. I was told I could not have fibre and had to use the satellite version which is slow and unresponsive.
Very happy is an understatement. No holes dug no street ripped up. Thank you for the excellent service.

We use the start/stop service. The office staff have always sorted the service out efficiently even when I haven’t been able to give notice. We had signal drop out last summer and the technical staff called quickly and a technician visited us same day and realigned our dish which had moved over the years. We weren't expecting such quick service at the height of summer so it was a lovely surprise

"Nachhinein heraus stellt"
Vorsicht Leute, aufpassen bei Vertragsabschluss. Diese einmalige Gebühr von 25-, zahlt ihr immer, auch wenn sich im Nachhinein heraus stellt, dass von Telitec aus gar kein Internet möglich ist, obwohl anderes im Vorfeld gesagt wurde. Ich habe einen rechtskräftigen Vertrag für Fiberanschluss abgeschlossen, welcher von Telitec nicht eingehalten wird!
Unglaublich, eine Gebühr für nichts. Normaler weise sollte Telitec mir dann eine Gebühr zahlen für die entstandenen Umtriebe. Das ist wirklich wie Betrug. Also: vorher selbst abklären und denen nichts glauben.

They are ok selling but the customer care is not existent had 1 x router faulty had to go through the process of logging in and setting the first router on the land line / telephone had to wait for Telephonica router at fault not the telephone line?
We asked for a router with a sim card as we only have 8 mg this router was also faulty we waited for the second router with a sim card and told we had no coverage we have 4G coverage on our mobiles from the UK ? 02 / Telephonica own 02 keep away i will be moving when my contract runs out
