"Pésimo tiempo de reacción ante averías"
Cuando hay un problema, estás vendido. 2 veces este año ha habido un problema. Como siempre fue "fuera de horas de oficina", el problema fue ignorado olímpicamente hasta la mañana laborable siguiente. Lo que significa que, si tienes un problema el viernes por la tarde estarás más de 2 días sin conexión.
Las 2 veces estuve más de 40 horas sin conexión. Una por el fin de semana, otra porque simplemente, tardaron en ir a resolver el problema donde quiera que ocurriera (un camión había roto una caja en algún sitio).
La fecha que pongo es aproximada, no recuerdo exactamente cuándo fue el último caso
Si no hay averías, la conexión funciona perfectamente

I have been with Telitec for appx 6 months the office staff are excellent and speak perfect English as do the technical team (unlike Telefonica) who were a nightmare to deal with. I was with them for 14years and were constantly putting up their prices rising to 85€ per month and now pay 19€ for basically the same service I can’t praise Telitec enough

We recently asked Telitec to install a fibre cable to provide fast internet access. The process was very easy and all the staff at Telitec were very helpful and professional. Normally the installation takes two weeks after signing the contract, but ours was done in two days. The engineers did a great job exactly as I wanted it. We also transferred to the Telitec mobile service and our numbers were changed over in two days. All in all a great service from Telitec and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good telecoms company in the Costa Blanca,
