"Don't choose for telitec"

Het is omdat ik 1 ster moet aanduiden anders kregen ze er geen!
We zijn inmiddels 5 jaar klant bij telitec.
Hebben even vaak geen internet als wel. Als er internet is krijgen we nooit de capaciteit van ons abonnement binnen. Goed of slecht weer heeft er niets mee te maken.
Er zijn vaak periode dat het internet zelfs dag na dag op hetzelfde uur uit en weer aangaat. Na jaren van klagen zonder tegemoetkoming of verandering van de situatie gaan we overschakelen naar closeness. 8 € goedkoper voor 10 mb meer Internet.
We zijn jaren geduldig en begripvol geweest, maar ons geduld en begrip is op!
Ze hebben meer dan de kans gehad (5 jaar)om iets aan de situatie te doen, maar hebben dit niet gedaan!
It's because I have to give 1 star otherwise they didn't get one!
We have been a telitec customer for 5 years now.We don't have internet as often as we do. If there is internet, we never receive the capacity of our contract. Good or bad weather has nothing to do with it.
There are often periods when the internet even turns off and on at the same hour day after day. After years of complaining without compensation or changing the situation, we are going to switch to closeness. 8 € cheaper for 10 MB more Internet.
We have been patient and understanding for years, but our patience and understanding has run out!
They had more than enough time (5 years) to do or change something about the situation but they haven't

"Upgrade to Fibre Broadband"

The impact of the pandemic meant that Telitec were not able to install our Fibre Broadband because we were not able to get to our house in Spain. However, as soon as we managed to get back to Spain, Telitec visited and completed the installation with a minimum of fuss. The resulting connection is a great improvement on what we had before. Good job!

"4 SIM cards and fibre broadband"

Arrived in Spain and ordered 4 SIM cards and fibre broadband- Michael in the Moraira office was very helpful and we received the SIM cards immediately. When the guys came to fit the fibre (Keith and Marcus) they were really helpful and did a lovely neat job - the broadband has been great, no drop outs and if you need to speak to anyone, just pick up the phone and they answer- not like in the uk where it’s automated !!!!

"Great service good value"

Great service good value. We have a holiday home in Moraira and subscribe to Telitec’s microwave product. Speeds are ok, bit of lagginess on streaming but not enough to spoil the experience. Minimum subscription period is a month which is superb for our infrequent use. Support is brilliant very knowledgable network engineers on first line who can demonstrate the problem, and let’s face it the majority are in chair not in the computer!

"I recently asked Telitec to install fibre"

I recently asked Telitec to install fibre. The sales person and administrator was friendly and helpful. I wasn’t impressed with the sub contractor that installed the fibre which wasn’t working. I spoke to Telitec manager and explained what happened and that whilst I wasnt happy with the installation I just wanted the system working. She was professional and said she would get it working. The next day she rang me again to establish if the installation company had responded to her call. I explained they hadn’t and she promised to get it sorted. That evening a tec engineer came and established that the fibre had broken . He replaced it and the system is fine. Telitec followed up afterwards. Telitec was there for we all the way. It was also a benefit to have a company where people spoke your language and is committed to delivering a good service even though they weren’t responsible for the actual installation.

"Very good all round service"

After initial difficulties getting an install appointment, Telitec have proven to be a very reliable provider. Friendly and efficient install team, good product at a reasonable price , excellent admin and regular contact to ensure everything is as it should be.
Early days, but so far, very good.

"Don't be a mug like I was"

Don't be a mug like I was. I ordered a Hits SIM from Telitec, and asked for my number to be ported over. I gave them the number on my SIM. Next day, I received a text from Hits to say that porting was blocked. I phoned Telitec and was told that customer service would sort it out. I waited three hours, then phoned again. After much effort, they agreed t refund the 16 euros. A few hours later, I received another call to say that they would not refund as I had not given them the correct information.
I contacted my present supplier to ask what was wrong. They said that the number I had given was correct, but my new supplier had failed to give them the number. I sent a copy of the email to Telitec for their comment. They have now refunded 10 EUR, not the full 16. 10 EUR is cost of card, rest is post.
If you want a Hits SIM, go directly to Hits. It's Free, and they know what they are doing.

Vi fik vores Internet conectet 1. Juli, som aftalt med Telitec i Moraira. Samme dag kontaktede i support da det kørte så langtsomt, at det er ubrugeligt, var i telefonisk kontakt hvor de lovede at sende en teknikker, den 2. Juli sender jeg mail med sheenshot af speedtest til support, men intet svar, senere fredag kontakter vi pr. telefon hvor der igen bliver lovet teknikker, men der sker intet. Mandag den 5. Juli kører vi til kontoret i Moraira, og forligger vores klage, hvor vi igen bliver lovet at vi bliver kontaktet, nu er klokken 18,30, vi har stadig intet, det er meget dårlig service.
