"Catch and Allied Express - Very very bad service"

I ordered a mattress through Catch on the 18th of June 2024. After I received a delivered email I phoned and explained nothing was delivered to me. Between them and Allied Express, no one still knows where my order is. So Catch agreed to send a new mattress. Two weeks later the same problem all over again. Nor does Catch or Allied Express have a clue about where my order is. If you phone they just tell you they will follow up, but never get back to you. We stay in a very Rural Outback town and if been struggling from the 18th of June to get a Mattress for my boy. I don't know who to phone anymore because the call centre do not assist at all. I will definitely not order through them again.

"They steal from you if you return items"

**Issue solved**

Returned a couple shirts and they don't offer refunds, only store credit. And you need to pay for the return shipping. But when I returned the items I received zero credit and they posted a photo of some shorts. Called their customer service and was told I returned shorts instead of the shirts. How do I dispute that? Robbery.

Edit: Issue was resolved and store credit provided. Thanks Jade.

On another note, incase a rep from Catch is reading this, turns out the mix up was with the courier. The shorts which was returned to Catch was meant to be for Amazon. When Amazon informed me the item wasn't returned to them, I realised it was those shorts.

"I ordered camera lens yesterday and got…"

I ordered camera lens yesterday and got it the day after, which is amazing!!! The communication with the seller was really good and I got what I ordered. Thank you very much for a good customer service.
Just wanted to add that I was skeptical after reading all this hate reviews and my message to people that want to purchase stuff on this Site is not pay attention to that. there is a lot of positive things about catch and you're missing it.

"Lose your money and no refund available "

Purchased a pair of shoes through Catch.com.au. when the shoes arrived they didn't fit, were too big and too wide. I Initiated a refund only to be told that this is considered a 'change of mind' and am not entitled to a refund, only a store credit. Essentially this organisation takes your money and you cannot get it back and are forced to accept a store credit so basically you lose your money when you purchase from them. Do not trust this scam site you will lose your money. They also expect you to pay $10.95 to return items to their them for a store credit. Further adding to the financial loss incurred.

"DELIVERY IS TERRIBLE "

They might have some decent prices but that's not much help when the freight company they use are the worst in Australia. First time they said they were coming, apparently I wasn't home but got no notification that they'd been or when they would come back. Second time they said they were coming I waited for most of the day and they didn't show. There are way too many online shopping companies selling the same products to put up with this rubbish. Bye bye catch

"No communication, no items arriving, no explanation."

Essentially they wasted my time and stole my money for 2 weeks.

My items weren't arriving and the tracking page was misleading me by making it seem like things were moving. I contacted support a week after the EXPRESS shipping date had passed, and Catch refunded the items with no explanation as to why they were no longer coming. They just said they 'couldn't be fulfilled'. Why did it take until I complained for them to realise this? I'm appalled with my experience.

Watch them comment 'Hey there, we're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience blah blah blah' below. I don't want your apology, I want you to DO BETTER. You are clearly not listening to your customers having terrible experiences and not making any efforts to change your dodgy business practises.
