I brought parfums de marly Sedley from this company. I have since discovered it is a fake bottle. I smelt the original in Myer and noticed it smells nothing like mine. The one I have only lasts about an hour also. Upon inspection of the bottle, the bottom label is completely different to all my other PDM fragrances (al bought retail). I have sent the evidence to PDm directly and lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Avoid this company

I would give zero stars. Dont use them they are not the same as they use to be. i waited weeks for my item to eventually be delivered to Canberra . DELIEVERY ADDRESS IS SYDNEY !
How can you stuff that up !. Never use them they are not the same.

The cabinet suits a tight spot in our new kitchen. It's up to you to assemble it, so if the labeling was better I would have put it together quicker. My wife and I are happy with the product.

I recently bought some fragrance off a seller called Brands ROYALE Europe on Catch. I checked with Catch before buying from this seller. Catch confirmed they only had authentic sellers trading in their marketplace.
I purchased the fragrance. I also let several people know about this seller in a fragrance community. A handful also bought products from the same seller.
Sadly, every fragrance was counterfeit. Poor replicas, too.
I feel badly let down by Catch and their lack of quality control. I won’t be shopping on there again.
Avoid Brands ROYALE Europe. Shonky seller. I still haven’t received a full refund from them at the time of writing.

I had purchased Dyson Vacuum cleaner from catch. Before I’m going to place the order. I was contact catch customer service to ask about delivery note instructions. He said I can left the note instructions on my address. So I thought that’s easy to do! Finally, after I placed the order I received the notification from aus post, I can’t ask leave the parcel in the safe place. So what I tried to do for convenient online shopping. It turn it’s not convenient. Cause I bought the product from the third party. And if some issue come up, I knew you just want blame each other. Here is the sms u send it to me. SO THIS IS NOT MY AGREEMENT WITH AUS POST OR EVEN WITH DYSON. I bought the product FROM SELLER IS CATCH WEBSITE. I just want to let you know I never ask from seller control my product how to send it! I want leave the purchase with happy shopping but after I received the sms you sent to me, it made me feel like I’m the customer pay for the product and I feel the website treat customer like rubbish! So this is my opinion about CATCH AND DYSON! Never freaking shopping from YOU AGAIN!

"I stopped using CATCH - Now edited see addendum"
I stopped using CATCH ages ago then I thought I’d try my luck again (big mistake) as CATCH seemed to have a fairly good range of second hand SURFACE PRO’s at a reasonable price.
The one I settled on was from ACT (Australian Computer Traders).
To make a long story brief I really needed it in a hurry as both my devices were out dated for receiving medical videos as well as other communications.
I was in the middle of a medical crisis and needed to book-in and watch videos for adjuvant treatments.
You guessed it –got the item in good time plugged it in and nothing no light no nothing tried all the recommendations to get it started from UTUBE but again nothing.
I was really upset. On contacting ACT they suggested it might be the charger and they would send a replacement ..(maybe but maybe not who knows). By this time I ‘d already missed one up-coming video and was really upset so I requested a return label so they could have the item back.
The EFOY sales were on I could have got one where the seller actually bothered to check that the item worked before posting it .
Anyway the return request – which is advertised as being guaranteed- was the beginning of back and forth nightmare between CATCH and ACT – On and on it went. In the end I was forced to pay the $20.00 odd in postage & packaging and return the item myself.
I really had to fight to get the item returned and then I had to pay for the return out of my own pocket.
All this stress in the middle of a major medical crisis.
This is why I don’t use CATCH!

I have just received communications from CATCH apologizing and promising to refund my postage cost for the return of this non functioning item. I've accepted the offer but have advised them to work on there refund policy. I really hope AUSTRALIAN based internet companies get it together before the CHINESE markets wipe them out altogether.

"Fantactic vacuum, excellent price"
The Vacuum was as described, well packed, undamaged and delivered quickly at no charge. The Dyson small ball upright is amazing! It sucked built-up dirt our old Dyson DC23 turbohead had missed for years. However, its motorhead failed twice with strong electrical smells, but was fixed under waranty promptly by Dyson both times.
