"Their customer service is the worst"

Bought an item worth $291 with them on the 27/10. A week later item not ship, call up their help line, and they said their seller put the wrong price for the item and they won't ship the item unless I agree to pay extra. I said no and they said they will contact the seller and get back to me in one business day. By now I have to call them everyday because no one get back to me on anything. What a scam! I just been on a call with them and yet still have to wait, they promise someone will get to me on Monday (again).

I've ordered 6 days ago and my item stuck with approved by australian post. Now I'm worried if I will receive it or no before my departure this coming Thursday. It's a Christmas gift for my son back to my home country. I hope they can speed up their service.😢😭

"VERY POOR COMMUNICATION"

Ordered items on 26/10, system confirmed order, received part delivery 30/10 only to find the 2nd part of the order was processed by catch staff until 30/10!! No email, SMS or phone call. Now entire installation put back weeks, had to cancel tradesmen. TOTALLY unacceptable customer service and my last purchase from this group.

Today, after resetting my (forgotten) password, I logged in to my Catch Account to track delivery of my acknowledged order (#6851169, placed 17Oct2024). I then clicked Current Order, and to my horror the response was that I had no current order ! This is my first (hopefully not the last) deal with Catch.

Emailed them and am anxiously waiting for their explanation.

Buyer beware. Catch market place sellers all vary in ratings. I just purchased from Livibe furntiure, who have sent me the wrong colour in my furniture purchase. To have this collected and refunded is turning into nothing but an unassisted drama. Catch and Livibe are useless stay away from catch they have rogue sellers on there marketplace
