"Very poor customer service"

Very poor customer service.
We ordered a cat tower from this company, but they sent us a wrong item. When we asked them when the item we’ve placed ordered will be delivered, they didn’t answer our question and they kept asking us how we give the item back to the company. End up they trying to sell the wrong item to us, We don’t know if they don’t want to pay the shipping fees for returning the item. We are very disappointed at their customer service and attitude. We wouldn't recommend this company.
