"Catch is fine until you ask for a refund! "
20th November 2024, I purchased a mobile phone for my Dad, however it was not suitable. So four days after delivery I followed all the requirements for the refund. The vendor proceeded with the refund. As I used PayPal with the 4 payment process. PayPal proceeded at their end. I am still waiting to receive my refund $89.50 from Catch, I have emailed several times. I have not heard since late November. I also would like to add their packing for delivery is very poor.

"Candles packed into a plastic bag with no bubble wrap or box to protect them, so totally smashed on arrival"
We ordered 2 x candles for gifts & when they were delivered, they were just packed in their own candle box, into a plastic delivery bag. No bubble wrap, no extra box to protect the candles. So obviously when we opened the boxes the candles were smashed & had broken glass, big & fine pieces everywhere. Not happy with the service at all, as no care taken especially for breakable purchases
UPDATE: I had contact from Catch a few days after I received the candles & they gave me a full refund & apologised for the inconvenience, so am very happy with their after service

Don't bother, poor delivery on every item. Either showed up completely destroyed, or if you're unfortunate enough to have them sent via Yun Express, whatever that is, it won't show up at all.

On the 6th DecemberCatch has responded to my report published by Trustpilot on the 3rd December.
The response feels like a generic reply contrived to convince readers that they will actually take action of some sort. It is irritating that they have asked for details given that I sent them all the details on the 21st November. Most of the correspondence with Vchain was done through Catch’s own site.
