Disappointed as u went to review a cushion I got and catch wouldn’t allow me to review …. Basically it’s a seat cushion that is so soft it doesn’t work like I bought it for. I just wanted to be able to review so other people would know but it keep blocking any review that wasn’t positive.

This company is disgusting to deal with, they have taken my money for a product and then cancelled the order. I purchased this item a month ago. I have never received my money back and have been emailing backwards and forwards with them and they are trying to tell me that I failed to pay for the item. I have even sent them the proof that it came out of my bank account and they are still refusing to give me my money back staing I never paid when it's clear and proven that I did. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You are way better off buying through Amazon who have amazing customer service and actually resolve the problems that arise.

I purchased a Ralph Lauren sweater which claimed to be legit. Despite supposedly only selling legit items, I received a counterfeit sweater. The website claims to ensure only legit products are sold on their website but this is not the case at all. Do not buy!!!!

Hi guys, i ordered an iPhone on Christmas Day that was around $560. I am yet to receive the phone, it’s only been 5 days so i am sure it will be delivered within the next week. Although, I have tried tracking my package and there is no information on it which was kind of sus but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I have read most of the bad reviews on catch. Is catch a reliable place to buy a phone?

Absolute rubbish customer service and the difficulty to reach or email someone!
I am disappointed to discover that scammers are being allowed to sell items on your platform, which I believe is unacceptable. This situation has caused significant distress, and I feel that catch.com is not adequately safeguarding its customers.
Be careful ppl most items are poor quality.
It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received my item!
I will reach out to Fair Trading, and I am also considering taking further action through PayPal and the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AVOID CATCH.COM.AU
