Very S-L-O-W delivery, item ordered on 15 Nov from Catch marketplace hasn't been despatched yet! Another item ordered 20 Nov still in transit. Got to wait a month before Catch will do anything.
Compare a large Chinese marketplace where an item ordered after 20 Nov was delivered on 2 Dec, and a large US online supplier where they contacted me because delivery was 2 days late and proactively refunded me.
It is hard to believe that the company behind brands like Bunnings and Officeworks, allows Catch to operate like this. Items needed for Christmas 2024 not 2025!

Wrong item that needs rectifyingWrong item delivered. Didn't check seller review as I trusted that Catch was reputable. Used to be.
This seller has ignored other complaints for yrs. Very annoyed, don't have money to throw away and by not rectifying this issue it's as good as stealing my money. Last dollar I spend on Catch.

I bought my 2 things last week i got email yesterday that your parcel delivered but when i gat home there was nothing i opened my email i saw the picture it not not even my house now i lost money i contacted them no reply

Shoe ordered was faulty, however first response they provided return label for change of mind in which I can only receive credit or exchange. No response after reconfirming the issue at hand.

Easy to order. Item as described, even a bit better. Was graded B by seller, but it was almost an A. Only B justification is the slight laminating on the edges of the screen, which are almost un-noticeable during use.
Great battery condition and everything working nicely with latest OS Sequoia installed.

"The most UNHELPFUL company to return…"

The most UNHELPFUL company to return and refund products. AVOID this company at all costs. I like to support Aussie businesses but NOT this one. I’ve bought quite a bit from them and I’ve not had a problem until now. 2 pairs of shoes arrived, no problem. I had issues with them and requested a return and refund. That’s when they became unhelpful. Website didn’t offer REFUND in drop-down menu so I had to pick Change of Mind. I explained fully in message box, but they came back “No refund for change of mind”. After explaining my legal rights for a Repair, Return or Refund by law, suddenly it was ok. I prepared the box for return and gave to a friend to post for me, as I am disabled and cannot drive. My friend works night shifts and struggles with daytime errands and delayed posting them, so the company CANCELS my return, and says apply for return again. Talk about DELIBERATELY making it difficult to keep the sale. That is called GREED and obviously disrespectful of customer service or care. I have applied for the last time, but I’ll let you know what the outcome is. A very angry buyer indeed. It’s just what I didn’t need running up to Christmas either.

Satisfied with all aspects. Quality of the product, delivery time, seller response time. Bed is delivered in a box. Assemble is easy. Best option for people on the move as bed can be accommodated in a car after dismantling.
