They are fraud. I purchased my kids set of magnetic toys. The seller decides to increase the price and canceled my order. Contacted customer service and they didnt justify the case. They said we don't have control over the sellers.

Shocking customer service , Non existent customer service, NOT fit for purpose customer service . Rang customer service to change delivery address a couple of hours after completing order, unfortunately default address was incorrect at time of order purchase , was promised the moon and the stars that they were going to get address updated and order redirected and she (customer service person) was personally going to get it done and personally going track it to updated address and keep me updated all the way and I would receive a confirmation email directly after contacting customer service with new address and tracking number with her reference number WHAT A LOAD OF BS . Two weeks later still no email with any update of address or tracking number absolutely nothing done, rang again a couple hrs later when didn’t receive email and nothing had changed new customer service person said address wasn’t even updated, more bs and lies of she was going to do everything to get it sorted, a few days later I got a sms from Australia post to say parcel was on its way to the original wrong address. WARNING THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT AFTER THEY HAVE BANKED YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY EVER GET A CENT FROM ME

Bought a 4G phone stopped working two week later when 3G switched off. Quick on for the 1st response but gone silent after, never follow up. Same with other emails to support. Alisa, Melvin.. Michael.. the list goes on. Company need to AVOID.

Item not received after 4 weeks. Followed this up with them. Said there was an issue with delivery. Asked for a refund. They said would refund in 3 to 5 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Buyer Beware. Would never deal with them again

The last few purchases i've had with this company has horrendous. Now similar to temu. Dont you guys filter the company that provides your products anymore? Years ago you were legit. Not it's much worse than temu.

"REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS"
I returned a defective product on the 13/11/2024. Upon receipt of the product the seller advised me that my refund will be processed within 5 days which I thought was reasonable. Surprise, surprise I did not receive my refund as promised. I contacted them again and advised them that the refund has not been received.
I received another email telling me that the refund is being processed and that I should receive the money within 5 days. NOW THAT 10 DAYS to simply process a refund. Money still has not been received and I call Catch and they advised me that the money is on its way. Same story again and again.
When you buy a product the money comes out of your account instantly. However, when a refund has to be made, somehow it always takes forever to be processed. This is a very dishonest practice.
