First and last time I am ordering from catch.com.au. Order placed on 21 June and since then a number of calls to catch to say I have not received item and that always end the same way - a spiel about waiting for seller to contact me! What a joke.
My comments are: I paid for item through PayPal to catch, they received my money hence they are responsible for it and should refund it when I request it. They keep putting onus on seller. Not good enough- money went into your account catch!!!
My next step is to contact PayPal and Consumer Affairs to lodge a complaint against catch. Will also write to the Guardian to see if they are interested in doing an investigative story on this shonky mob!

Abhorrent customer service!! After a mix up with delivery locations which I attempted to rectify immediately after making the purchase the order was still sent to the wrong address. I made numerous attempts via email and phone to have the situation sorted however received little to no responses. Requested a refund as had not received the item and had to follow that up on numerous occasions as well. Six weeks of calls and emails it finally has been sorted. There is nowhere to escalate the issues and no attempt to remedy the situation or experience. I will never order from Catch again
