I have place order and they send me that the order on board to deliver today but there is no parcel nothing showing up my order number is C61070138 and there is no contact number,I need a refund back!! Not recommended

Terrible performance.
Facts:
- Ordered on 22 April
- 3 separate deliveries (which is ok)
- 5 and ¾ items missing
- Total cost of missing items $127.79
- Contacted help desk and no response.
Little wonder Wesfarmers have lost so much value with this business. It never used to be like this. Marketing mix is all wrong now too, as I'm never offered deals like before....but thank goodness for that!!
….eventually got a response 4 weeks later after writing a review, but it’s still terrible.
- a replacement was organised after I posted (coincidence perhaps?)
- it took a week to be delivered
- only 1 item was in the box
- still missing 5 items and out of pocket $99.79
Very disingenuous, as they called it a lost parcel, but both 3rd party courier tracking and their platform confirmed 4 parcels out and 4 parcels delivered. Clearly it’s THEIR warehouse system or process that can’t pick and pack items accurately.

I brought a 365 day mobile plan after waiting 3 weeks it still hadn’t arrived so I cancelled it. I brought the same plan and now I’m into my 2nd week & still waiting. The worse Australian online Seller on the internet. I have brought from Wish & their Delivery is much Quicker & it comes from China

On Thursday 12th May 2023 I bought a Quilton 3 Ply Toilet Paper Rolls 48pk for $25.20 and I received it in a timely manner. I would recommend this courier driver instead of the last one.

"Scammers Avoid"
This site false advertises, they will happy show you a picture with a bunch of stuff in it, with a title describing the image and a price. However, often these items are sold separately. I did not realise this, the image, the title, even the description implied I was buying a range of weights. The reality was that I ended up with one 0.5kg weight, which cost almost $20 with shipping. Worst deal ever, Amazon are way better. I would never use this site again.
Side note, the order took almost 3 weeks to arrive. The seller 'DECATHLON' were useless. I would avoid them too. Total scam artists.

"Beware of purchasing expensive products here"
If you get a faulty product, you might be out of luck in trying to get it replaced or fixed. We purchased a toilet that upon installation leaked. We got a plumber back twice who thought it was a faulty outlet valve.
We raised a case with Catch who passed it on to the supplier HomePlaza. They made us take numerous videos and eventually told us that it simply needed adjustment but not how to adjust it. We got a plumber back and we decided to replace the outlet valve at our own cost which didn't fix the problem.
Numerous follow up messages to Catch and HomePlaza were ignored, so we simply bought a new toilet and got rid of the old one that cost us more in plumber fees! We only heard back from Catch after we raised a case with Fair Trading, months later. They then asked us numerous questions and went quiet again for a month, after which they told us that they were protected by Australian Consumer law and didn't need to refund us our money because we had disposed of the faulty toilet.
Much safer to buy goods on Amazon, which refund you immediately, no questions asked.

"Price dropped after purchase"
After I placed my order(Cast Iron Chimenea), the price of the item significantly dropped. I then requested either a cancellation or a refund for the price difference before the item was dispatched. However, I now realize that my request was a mistake and that I should have asked for a cancellation instead. During our email communication, I was informed that they would apply the price at the time of the communication. However, a few days later, I received a refund but it was based on the price at the time of the refund rather than the price at the time of our communication.
The price went up at the time they proccessed the refund, so I received a much smaller amount of money than I had expected.
I want you all to know that if you find yourselves in my situation, you should ask for a cancellation and then reorder. Otherwise, you will have a very bad experience and waste a lot of time being upset and complaining.

The order process does not allow you to view what the actual delivery charges are and you assume there is no further charges and on placing the order you get hit with a massive freight charge.
Quite a deceitful ordering process.
