They send you faulty products, then REFUSE to refund. Like, I had to jump through sooooo many hoops to get a 50% refund for a charger that doesn't even work.

You're not dealing with Catch. You're dealing with thousands of individual sellers like on ebay and they don't care. Waiting 4 weeks for my order which they updated with fake tracking and then told me no they don't have stock but apparently it's coming in 2 weeks. Take your business elsewhere.

Don’t buy anything fragile from this company… Catch, you can do better than putting a fragile box of glasses into a larger box with no cushioning and just some paper with no fragile label. I’m sure my package was thrown around. It’s completely unreasonable to open up my package to smashed glasses, do better with your packaging and labelling next time given it’s fragile. It’s not worth returning because of how difficult they make it to get a refund, but really catch should we refunding me for receiving smashed glasses. I won’t buy from you again and will certainly discourage others to as well!

Don't buy from this business.
I ordered 2 Arabella rugs opened the first one and it had green paint stains on it.
I sent pics and requested a refund. I have been told the manufacturer waivers my rights because as below
The supplier has gotten back to me and advised that the Arabella range of rugs is hand-loomed and made of wool. This means that each piece is unique and will have inconsistencies throughout the weaves which are a part of the design. This is not a defect but an inherent quality of certain natural fiber rugs. They concluded that the return of the product is under change of mind
The rugs were collected fee of 90 charged to me, 20% restocking fee and they'll only decide if I get my money back likely via a credit note when they see the rug.
I am so fundamentally upset have paid 900+ for a shocking experience.
Do your research and visit a store. This has been so upsetting and I'm still in limbo chasing these people. I'll be going to the ACCC as an experience worth looking at.

"Waiting for the item more then 2 weeks"
Ordered and paid for an item more than 2 weeks ago. I got a message that Item dispatched same day I am still waiting for the item. Went on their website to ''Chat'' and got automated machine replies. This is my first and last time I am dealing with them. All I am doing now is checking which other companies are affiliated with Catch and will stop dealing with those companies too. ooh and when I click on the picture of the phone thinking that I will be talking to someone, oh no, it just take you to the ''Run Around'' chat screen. Order C60276501 - Update 27 May, 2023 - got my money back, thanks. They said that the item was ''lost''. i can't understand how a 30kg trolly jack for a big 4wd could get lost. But don't care - got my money back and that is it.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Catch that led me to write a negative review on TrustPilot. I purchased a retractable hose reel from them two years ago and signed up for their One Pass program with a free one-month trial. However, I cancelled the service immediately after signing up and was charged a monthly fee for the past two years without my knowledge. When I contacted their customer service team, I received an automated email response claiming they had no record of my cancellation, which I found to be fraudulent.
However, after leaving my initial review, I was contacted by a Catch representative who apologized for the poor experience and issued a full refund for all charges made in the past two years. They also offered me a $15 store credit as a gesture of apology.
While I appreciate their effort to make things right, I still find it disappointing that it took a negative review for them to take action as it never happened like the way they replied. Furthermore, I sent 4 follow-up emails and made 2 phone calls to their customer service team to check on the status of my refund, but received no response. This lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating.

"Catch is a rip off"
They sell inferior products that are not worth a pinch of ****. Then they scam you by not giving you a refund. Beware of Sello Products they will rip you off. They claim to be in Australia as well but given the poor English in the replies to me, I am guessing they are overseas. Also I have had problems with other companies that use Catch. I would be staying clear of Catch. Response to catch, seriously do you lot not talk to each other? I have been dealing with Ruby from Catch for two weeks. Fat lot of good it got me as she was useless and did nothing but favour the seller. Complete waste of my time. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE CATCH OR THE RIP OFF MERCHANTS THEY CALL SELLO PRODUCTS. PACK OF THIEVES.

"DONT ORDER ITS A SCAM"
Ordered from ABA on catch. Never received ordered. When sent signature, it clearly wasn’t mine. I was also home on the day it was allegedly delivered. Been over 2 months of requesting a refund. I get the same automated response from the “dispute team” pretty sure it’s just a bot.
