THE WORST!
I tried pointing out a completely wrong statement on their website which says " all of these high quality filament LED lamps work with your existing dimmer switches" WHICH IS TOTALLY WRONG.
I tried pointing this out but they could not follow simply instructions to go to the page with the error, and then got all shirty.
This can mean people will believe what it says, order a load of bulbs, and only then, after they have paid and got their bulbs, find their original dimmer will not work.

The WORST online company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Ordered 11 bulbs of various sizes and types on 26 Jan 2014. Was told 2-5 days delivery. Arrived after 8 days. Not too bad, I thought.
However, on opening the box I found that there were 6 bulbs missing.
Emailed their "customer service" dept at info at lightrabbit.com and......you guessed it. No response!
Emailed several times more and still No Response!
What kind of company ignores their customers? They don't deserve customers after treating them like this.
I'm just about to return ALL of the bulbs that I received and I'll be asking my bank to perform a chargeback to get my money returned.
I URGE EVERYBODY NOT TO USE LIGHTRABBIT UNLESS THEY WANT TO LOSE THEIR HARD-EARNED CASH TO A BUNCH OF THIEVES.
That might sound harsh, but it's true.
Right, now to Facebook and Twitter to warn more people!

I placed our order and payment on Fri 10/11/17 - the LightRabbit product page stated "Order now and receive Next Working Day Dispatch". We were not notified of any problem so were therefore expecting delivery on Tues 14/11/17.
By Weds 15/11/17 our order had still not arrived. nor had any notification of a problem. I phoned the LightRabbit offices and was informed that the product was out of stock and would be delivered to us on Weds 22/11/17.
By today (23/11/17) we still have not received our delivery! I phoned their offices again and spoke to Pawel. He said the product is still out of stock and he doesn't know when they are coming in. I explained that we have an electrician and scissor lift coming to do the work on Tues 28/11/17 so we need to know whether to let the order stand or order alternative lights. He then investigated and said we will receive our order on Mon 27/11/17. I asked him to send them on an AM delivery service as I have to get them QC'd and available for the work once they have arrived here. He said they will be sent on an AM service to arrive with us Mon AM 27/11/17.
I have now received an email from Pawel saying that our order will be dispatched on Friday 24th Nov 2017 via Parcel Force next day delivery - no mention of the promised AM service! I have replied asking him to confirm that they will be on an AM service as this is vital!
It has been hard work ordering from Light Rabbit and it is unsatisfactory that we have heard nothing from them regarding these 2 delivery delays. Their service is not what the website promises and unfortunately they don't give the impression that they value customers or provide even a reasonable level of communication.
I am sorry to comment negatively but in my job role as Customer Care Director I find LightRabbit's current level of service to be below what I have found customers to expect in today's business environment.

"Won't honour the 5 year guarantee"
Won't honour the 5 year guarantee. Had several replacements under two years but they just keep popping and now they will no longer replace them. Website now says you need to register for the 5 years. It definitely didn't say that when I first bought them.

We bought 12nr high bay lamps for our machine shop. We have now had 4nr complete failures within 18 months. 3nr have been replaced by lightrabbit but despite promises and assurances we have still to receive a replacement for N0 4.
The installed lamps are warranted for 50000 hours. Our lamps have less than 1000 hrs use.
We have now bought a replacement for N0 4 from another supplier.
All failures appear to be the internal power supply.
Questionable product and supplier.

"What has happened to this company?"
What has happened to this company?! We'd ordered goods back in 2015 and were very impressed. NOT NOW! Placed an order back in May and it didn't arrive until August (after we chased it!). We queried the goods and requested a return on the day we received them as they didn't look like the same as those previously supplied, to be told they would be fine. I now find the RMA has been "Resolved" by Lightrabbit and they say they won't issue a refund because we are outside the 90 days return limit!!! ..... err only because they took so long to get the items to us in the first place!!!!! Totally unbelievable - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY !!!!
