"Our apartment from day one is amazing…"

Our apartment from day one is amazing and we fall in love very fast. Our day to day life is very comfortable and location is amazing. However our comfort life is not just walls, floors and furniture. We have our hero in an office whose name is Abby. She is absolutely brilliant and superb. I can talk about her all day she really made us very comfortable with our little problems with her professionalism, punctuality and politeness. She absolutely our star ⭐

"DO NOT RENT FROM LEGACIE – ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE"

I cannot stress this enough—stay far away from Legacie! Renting from them has been the most stressful, frustrating, and mentally draining experience of my life.

I viewed a property on 1st July 2024 and paid the holding deposit the same day, making it crystal clear that I needed to move in by 1st August 2024. I was told I had a month to sort out the paperwork. Sounds simple, right? Well, that’s when the nightmare began.

The moment they had my holding deposit, they disappeared. No responses to emails, no returned calls—just radio silence. After chasing them relentlessly, they finally told me (last minute, of course) that I would sign the contract one week before move-in. Did that happen? Of course not. Instead, they waited until 31st July—THE DAY BEFORE MOVE-IN—to tell me they hadn’t even done my credit check and suddenly demanded a guarantor.

Mind you, they required the guarantor to be a UK homeowner, which they should have mentioned a month earlier, not the literal day before move-in. Somehow, I managed to find one on the same day (because I had no other choice), and on 1st August, I spent the entire day calling them, begging for information about collecting my keys. They finally responded at 4 PM, casually telling me to collect them—without even providing the address! Completely unprofessional.

I moved in and lived there for four months out of my six-month contract, but then I got a job in London and needed to move. I explained my situation to Legacie, hoping for some kind of understanding. Their response? “Not our problem.” They demanded I pay for the full six months, even after moving out.

I even tried to find another tenant to take over the contract, thinking it was a reasonable solution. But Legacie wanted both me AND the new tenant to pay the rent and deposit—essentially charging TWO people for the same property! Pure greed. Obviously, I refused, and the property remained empty.

To avoid damaging my credit score, I was forced to borrow money to pay the entire six months upfront. Fast forward to February 2025, and guess what? They STILL haven’t returned my deposit. I’ve been emailing them daily, and nothing.

The stress and anxiety this agency has caused me is beyond words. I have never dealt with such dishonest, incompetent, and exploitative people. Every attempt to escalate the issue was shut down by Olivia, their so-called manager, who is by far the most unhelpful, dismissive, and uncaring person I have ever encountered.

If you value your sanity, your money, and your mental health—AVOID LEGACIE AT ALL COSTS. They will rob you, ignore you, and leave you in a financial and emotional mess. Rent elsewhere.

"Neglect, Mould and Mismanagement "

I have been renting with Legacie since August 2024 and the whole thing has been nothing short of a disaster. Poor communication at the start should have been my sign to run. I live in a basement flat, the windows do not open and this would be okay if there was sufficient mechanical ventilation…but there is not. I logged a job back in October and 13 weeks later, still nothing. The flat is riddled with mould and it is only getting worse due to the broken ventilation. I am at a point where I have no choice but to end my tenancy and find other accommodation because the mould is affecting my health. The property manager Owen has done nothing to resolve the issue and has failed to maintain an appropriate line of communication regarding the problem, leaving me completely in the dark. After handing in my notice and confirming with him over the phone, I had to email again two days later to receive the email confirmation I was promised. The fact I have waited 13 weeks and have had to live in a flat that is growing black mould in it is disgraceful. The company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to live in these conditions. My personal property is now growing mould! It also looks like this is a recurring issue in this flat and that instead of fixing the issue, they simply paint over it.

In short, I would avoid renting with Legacie at all costs, especially Reliance House!

We had an issue with our apartment and had to vacate it urgently. In that situation, we felt completely lost and didn’t know where to start.

While searching for a solution, we came across the apartments at Parliament Square and decided to contact them to find out about the rental conditions. The service was incredibly fast! Our request was handled efficiently, and we were able to move in without any difficulty.

Everything went smoothly, with no issues at all. If you ever need assistance, the team is very responsive and quick to help. A special mention to Sophie, who is exceptionally kind and professional.

We highly recommend Parliament Square to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient housing solution!

I have been with Legacie for quite a while now. The incredibly skilled property manager Jordan Geyser is definitely a great person to deal with!

I am having a very smooth and transparent experiences with Jordan. He made sure all queries are solved in a friendly manner. I have to say Legacie is doing better and better.

I am feeling pleased to work with Jordan and Legacie. All other members at Legacie are equally very helpful, professional and friendly.
