"BAD PAYERS!"
If you read this, please AVOID them! I have had and still am having an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Legacie does NEVER pay your rent on time and to pay they have to be chased constantly. It's almost like chasing them becomes your second job! I am trying to get out of my contract with them but they ignore calls and emails. The only person who you manage to reach is the receptionist that must be having such an hard life dealing with unsatisfied creditors....

As a studio owner & client of their property management services in Liverpool I can’t say I’m that impressed so far. Our experience to date: Late & inconsistent monthly rental payments (this month over 2 weeks late with no reason given), lack of monthly statements, no communication and/or failure to respond to emails & phone calls. Altogether very frustrating & not the sort of reassuring and reliable service I would have expected being new to property investment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Legacie, who managed my property for 12 months under a rental assurance guarantee. Despite being promised a fixed quarterly income, I constantly found myself having to chase them for payments. Each quarter, I would check my bank account only to find the payment missing, and I would spend another month following up repeatedly before finally receiving it. When I decided to leave them for another agency, the process was equally frustrating. They were uncooperative, took weeks to respond to my emails, and required constant pushing just to get a reply. Overall, the experience was incredibly stressful, and I would strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Worst account management and billing team ever
