The whole team is very cooperative and makes the moving in process super easy. I was in contact with Lee Grover and Rachael McHarron. Even though I rushed the whole process because I was in urgent need of a place, both of them were very patient and did their best to make the process quick and smooth. The whole procedure was quick and easy, the building is amazing, and the room is very spacious.

"Fantastic New Property Manager - Jordan"

We moved in in June 2023 and logged a maintenance job which our previous property manager seemingly made no effort to resolve for us for almost 12 months, and even ignored us when we tried to request updates.

Jordan took over as our new property manager in April, so I got in touch with him and within a month we had the issue resolved! Jordan was great, he kept in contact with us to provide us with regular updates, was understanding regarding our frustrations and made a real effort to help us out.

Jordan has really made us feel as though we are a valued tenant and restored our faith in the property managers at Legacie!

We'd also like to give a special thanks to Billy the electrician, Lee & Michael who have always been a great help when needed.
