i felt she really had my best interests at heart and followed up with action in successfully retrieving money owed to me . The personal touch goes a long way !

I was assisted through the application by a staff named “Janet”. Janet was very responsive and she instantly emailed me with an answer for any queries that I had pertaining to the process. The answers were precise, to the point and very much helpful. Excellent service.

Sophie then took over from Admin who was also fantastic quick and secure signing of relevant forms made the move quite simple!

"Left with nothing after behind my back Re sale"

Due to Re Mortgage changes just after the Pandemic I was unable to complete on a new build in Liverpool via Rw Invest. For one whole year now I have had my case looked at by a few legal companies. As to date have lost my life savings of 64k. I was in a position to complete late however RW Invest and Legacy resold the property and kept all of the money I put down including the furniture package payment also. Surely during such times in this financial hardship I was so suprised Legacie never even reached out to me or gave me a second chance to complete. I have been now left with huge debts and close to a break down losing such a huge amount of money. I would not recommend investing in such a brutal company to date I am left with nothing.

"Amazing place to live"

Legacie are a great and incredibly professional company. Living in one of their buildings I have nothing to complain about. It comes equip with everything you need, a gym, a games room, a study, laundry room, bike storage facilities and a spacious car park. The building is kept extremely clean and the reception staff are extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a cheap and high standard place to live.

I came across this building while searching for a new place, and I'm glad to have found it as it is one of the best in terms of its infrastructure and amenities and the management and staff. It is a great place to live where everything gives you a sense of luxury. It has been an incredible experience.

Great company to deal with. Moved in September and had hardly any issues so far and even the issues we had were all solved quickly by their great staff and team. Buildings are immaculate and always a concierge 24/7 to help with any queries you may have

We rented an apartment in Parliament square Block A for 6 months. These were the best 6 months for my husband and I.
The building, the staff, the facilities i.e spa, pool, gym, cinema room, everything and everyone were super lovely.
The waste disposal was super easy, the rent payment mode was flawless, the concierge and the staff there, were all really sweet.
The legacie app was amazing. We were able to make 2 small repairs seamlessly through the app, free of cost!
The property was well looked after. The outside windows and panels were periodically cleaned to perfection.
Parliament square coffee was a big plus! Yum breakfast and brunches!
The property managers, Olivia Cox & Olivia Koumas we're always prompt with replies and were ever so patient and lovely. Ahmed, the staff at concierge, was super useful all the time. He was always there to help with any queries.
The neighbours were respectful and never had any issues.
The views from the apartment were to die for. We could stand in our balcony all day!
The connectivity to the city centre, nearby grocery stores, church bells from the Cathedral, all made our time here just wonderful.
If I could give 10 stars, I would!!
Hope we can come back here in the future ❤️

I rented with Legacie last year for 12 months, and came back this month after living elsewhere and don’t plan to leave again - the move in process from start to finish went so smoothly and it’s such a lovely place to live!
