"Landlord do your research please!"
If you are a landlord, and you got to this page WELL DONE, you have saved yourself a headache.
I WOULD NOT tell you NOT to go with them, but my experience with them so far is below par, if theres a zero star I will give them zero.
They rarely respond to your email, the account person is patronising and rude when you ask about your rental income.
Landlord please do your research. Save yourself a headache and a patronising lecture.
Update :
1st tenant left, Legacie charge me full blown repair and maintenance, costing me £1,050.

"Not recommended"
Not recommended - unreliable
Unfortunately, I have only experienced bad service so far.
I found Legacie disrespectful towards their client, there is no accountability for issues, no urgency.
You will never get answers even after months of asking and chasing, they simply ignore it.
They also do not send funds in time.
I would avoid for management of your property.

"Avoid using them as Agents"
The Rental section of Legacie is simply awful. They had my brand new flat (Liverpool) for 2 months and could not manage to find a tenant. More importantly, I never had any updates on progress, didnt communicate what the expected rental income would be, my numerous emails were not responded to.
I fired them and I love my new agents

"Will try to rescinded and keep the deposit."
Just be careful with this developer. They prepare glossy marketing for their projects and when completed they will do thier best to cancel the contract and keep the deposit, which was 50%. I had an issue with the mortgage and got delayed few weeks not long and they informed me I passed the deadline and they will cancel the agreement and will keep the deposit. The property market During 2022 was very active and completing in the short time was hard. They were inconsiderate of the situation and rescinded the agreement, its like they wanted any reason to do so and keep the money paid. Be careful
