As someone who just moved in, I would love to say that it has been an amazing experience. The staff have been welcoming, friendly and accommodating and the building manager, Yasmin has been amazing so far. Would recommend.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Caitlin for an exceptional service given to me these past few weeks. My first encounter with Caitlin was in June 2024, when she responded to a mail sent to her predecessor, she took her time to read a mail trail for an issue which I have had in my apartment for over 6 months.
When you send her a mail, before you say, "Jack Robinson", she is sending you a response. An issue which was not resolved completely for months, took her few days to resolve and you would see her handling issues patiently with lots of reassurance that everything will be fine. I wish we could get more people like her.

As an owner I experienced an ongoing issue with my monthly rental statements. Sue Wong was always patient and listened to my concern. She made a point of getting to the bottom of the problem and eventually solved the problem even though she was out of office. I was very grateful for her professionalism and support and for persistence in resolving the issue.

When we arrived at Legacie, we were welcomed by Lindsey who was very friendly and polite. She walked us to the Baltic square development and seemed to have good knowledge of the area. When we reached the development, we were warmly greeted by Tracey and shown around the apartment. It was very helpful to be shown the apartment at short notice. Tracey and her colleague were very positive and explained the incredible facilities in great detail. They were happy to answer all our questions and were able to carefully explain about the apartment Block. We were willingly shown everything we wanted to see. A super company.

"Avoid Legacie Developments"

We purchased an off-plan flat from Legacie developments in 2021. The development was delayed by over 18 months. We were finally due to complete on the property earlier this month. Legacie held out on providing information that would allow conveyancing to continue and for our mortgage lender to release funds for the purchase to be finalised. Four weeks after the completion date was due, despite our pleas, the developer still refuses to engage and respond to our solicitors outstanding query and has served legal notice to complete on the property. At the end of this week we stand to loose upwards of £60k of our hard earned life savings and be left without the property because the developer refuses respond and operate in an ethical manner. The developer has no care for the financial damage or emotional distress they cause to peoples lives. I cannot advise people strongly enough not to do business with this company.

I bought a flat in the Parliament Square developed by Legacie a long time ago. I had great expectations in the property. The completion took place finally last week. Pretty soon, Tracey Hitchen of their Client Care Team contacted me and arranged a viewing of the property for me and my wife. We went to see our property yesterday. Tracey was there to give us a warm welcome. We spent some time to look at everything in detail. Tracey patiently explained all our queries. She is so knowledgeable about her business and helped us a lot in understanding our role as a landlord. The quality of the property is really high and up to our expectations. Nonetheless ,we did find a few minor defects in the property and informed Tracey. Surprisingly, Tracey sent me an email this morning telling me that the snag has been fixed. Such a high efficiency team of professionals. Thank you Tracey, the Client Care Team and the Maintenance Team.
