A lot of things promised were not provided and a lot of time complaints were dealt poorly.

The checkout process was initially shown to be very seamless and cooperative and it was only that I had moved out that they showed their true colors.

Everyone during the process was a great help, with very responsive replies and easy to communicate with. Our experience with getting our flat with Legacie was very efficient and made simple! We first spoke with Lee who was a great help with firstly setting us up with the flat. We then went through the document process with Rachael who again, was very helpful and made the process straightforward and easy to understand. Couldn't recommend Legacie highly enough!

"I really like this complex"

I really like this complex. Friendly staff that were very accommodating to us showed us around as soon as we arrived. One of the cleanest complex I’ve been in and smells very nice. The studio I toured was a good size, nice lay out and modern design. When looking online the pictures online were try to size on the size of the studio many places will make the space look bigger but when I arrived the size was exactly what I was expecting!

My experience with Legacie so far has been fantastic, when enquiring and viewing an apartment. Kara and Michael and Lee were all friendly and extremely helpful making it such an easy process. The apartments I viewed were very clean and modern.

I also had the pleasure of communicating with Sophie, who dealt with my tenancy application, she was friendly and extremely helpful, promptly replying to my emails and explaining all the information and documents I needed to provide, which made this process very easy.
