I feel that i should spend some time to write about Yasmin, my property manager. I have only just moved in and i had to reach out to Yasmin multiple of times with a lot of questions and comments. Yasmin has almost always instantly replied with an answer/solution. This has made me feel more settled into my apartment, knowing that any issues i have will be dealt with promptly. Thank you Yasmin!

Legacie were fab to rent from. Lee & Olivia have been great at communicating and always got back to me quickly. I am only leaving due to my landlord wanting the property back to sell, but even during this process have been reached out to & beginning to look at other availability. Working with Legacie is a nightmare. They are completely unresponsive. Rent is consistently late and often paid to the wrong bank account when it finally gets paid. Unfortunately, they seem to have exclusive agency over Parliament Square. If I could change agents, I would.

"Non-Existent Management Service "
Legacie have been managing my property for a year; two tenants have defaulted on the rent something which I am not notified of until much later and after repeated chasing. This calls into question the agency’s vetting skills.
Further, there appears to be no property management. None of the people dealt with; Jordan Geyser, Olivia Cox (Senior management) and even Rebecca O’Rourke (Head Of Client Care) seem to know what is going on and when pressed provide contradictory and inaccurate information. The customer care provided by Legacie is illusory to begin with and then becomes nonexistent when asked for factual information.
They don’t even respond to written complaints according to the timeline laid down by their own procedure.

Worst client services I have ever had - they provided wrong statement, they don't know how much tax have been paid, didn't get any answers for 3 months ... Worst company I have worked with and I deeply regret my apartment are managed by them.

We were looking to move into Liverpool and the Legacie management team is the best team I have ever met. I would like to say thank you to Lee Glover and Sophie Upton. From the first day when we viewed, the experience was amazing and Lee made us feel so comfortable and talked us through all the amenities and how everything worked. Lee and Sophie made our process seem so easy and it could have not gone any better. We just sat back from day one and provided the documents and they did everything for us from the beginning. Moved in yesterday and the team is so on point to answer all your questions and help you no matter what time it is. I would honestly recommend Legacie accommodation and their team to everyone moving into Liverpool. You will find no one more professional, helpful and friendly as them. The building is amazing, and you feel so safe in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for making our process so easy and positive. We highly appreciate it.
