Legacie have been amazing! Orignally I was communicating with Micheal who sent me regular update- even on the weekends and was so friendly and informative. Then Rosanagh was helping me with the final details. Her support was brilliant. Always quick to reply and find answers to any concerns/ questions.

"Lost Life Savings and Mental Health"

I purchased an off-plan flat from Legacie developments in Manchester in 2020. It was the first time I purchased a property and felt proud of it.The development was delayed by over 2 years and was completed in September 2024. Without my authorisation, Legacie decided to rent out the flat and move in a tenant prior to completion - this delayed the whole process specially when dealing with the lender's solicitors. Because of the delays, I missed the deadline. Even though I tried to communicate with Legacie to find a solution and complete, they became unresponsive, ignored my emails and forfeited the deposit I paid!!!. This was the worst decision I've ever made, lost my life savings, over £52,000!! The stress I had to go through severely affected my mental health and even started to have suicidal thoughts because of this situation. Legacie is a despicable and immoral developer. After having read other reviews, they are used to rip off people and steal they money, AVOID, DO NOT INVEST A PENNY IN LEGACY!!!!

We purchased an off-plan flat from Legacie developments through RW Invest in Liverpool in 2021. This was our first time purchasing a property and was very excited and proud! Unfortunately it was the worst decision we ever made in our lifetime!! The development was delayed by over 18 months and was completed end of May 2024 with 10 days to make payment. Due to unforeseen circumstances and delays, we missed the deadline. They were inconsiderate of the situation and rescinded the contract. Despite our pleas to RW Invest and Legacie, the developer refuses to engage and respond to our solicitors. We never got a second chance to complete. Now I have found out through numerous calls that the property has been re-sold. We have lost our life savings of £64000. This developer is a disgusting and immoral scum who is ripping people off and getting away with it!! STAY AWAY!!

"Unprofessional and concerning"

Uncommunicative, unresponsive and always late paying rent. I regret choosing Legacie to manage my apartment.

Since my first review I have not been contacted by Legacie as the stated in their response, which is obviously written on this forum to look as if they actually care..they don't.
The rent is consistently late and statements and information sporadic if at all.
I have now put my property on the
market as I'm so sick of them and their ineptitude. I can see looking at this forum that other landlords, are experiencing issues?
Not sure why RWInvest and Nexus associate with them?
If you are looking for a letting agents in Liverpool, steer clear of Legacie.
