"Great products, long waiting times!"

Whilst the products are really good quality, the shipping times and delays are not good at all. Contacting customer service and you’re given a copy paste response saying it’ll ship in 2-4 days, then when following up a week later you’re told “I’m sorry, it’s still not ready to ship”.

Just be prepared to wait a long time for anything!

"Inadequate shipping packaging"

Received my display case for the Lego Titanic set and immediately I found that the base for it had arrived broken. I sent in a customer support ticket and after a couple of days of emails they’re sending out a new base. Realistically for £250 much more care should’ve been taken when shipping the parts initially.

J'ai commandé une display case pour un lego icons le 25/12/204.

Il est marqué 6 semaine OUVRÉES pour l'envoie de la commande (je trouve ça long mais bon bref j’attends)

6 semaines passée je les contactes PLUSIEURS fois ils me disent ''oui mais votre commande sera envoyée d'ici 7 a 14 jours ouvrée'' hors je n'ai rien reçus et l'état de la commande est toujours pas envoyée.

j'ai voulu les recontactés mais comme par hasard PLUS AUCUNE RÉPONSE du service client.

bref ne faites SURTOUT pas confiance en ce site, d'autant plus que je n’ai pas l'air d'être le premier dans ce cas donc méfiez vous car j'ai perdu 110 euros.

"A good product - Not ready to ship as stated "

A good product - although expensive, it's well packaged and was dispatched in the 10 working days as stated.

I see quality in the production and care taken to pack safely.

I have dropped a star just for one reason. That's because the website states that these are 'ready to ship' but, these are made to order!

This was also confirmed by a nice lady on the phone.

If a product is made to order it is not ready to ship. This is misleading information designed to increase sales conversion really.

When a customer sees a big green button on a site that says ready to ship then they will think its ready to ship.

It was also difficult to contact the company, no phone number on the site and the contact form required me to log in. All just making it that little bit more difficult to communicate.

I feel that this will affect wicked brick more than anyone. I can see so many bad reviews have been given. Be honest and clear on your website and customers will be grateful for it.

I hope this feedback is taken as constructive.

"Stupidly long delivery times!"

9 weeks since ordering and no communication from them at all - it would be nice to know if there’s been a delay as becoming very nervous that my money has just gone! I won’t be ordering again regardless how the product is even if it arrives!

"Excellent Box for Display"

I decided to buy the limited edition box for the dinosaur skulls as an addition to my science classroom at school. Definitely not disappointed.
The images are crisp and the box was easy and straightforward to build.

I ordered one of the ready to ship products and messaged asking if they were able to fast track the product for a painting competition is attending. Not only were they able to fast track the product I was also incredibly impressed with the product itself! I will certainly be using them again in the future.

"This company are scammers don’t order…"

This company are scammers don’t order from them I ordered weeks ago they say it takes 6 weeks to receive item but their refund policy says no refund after 30 so they make sure you keep waiting on an item that will never come and they keep your money because they said it takes longer then the refund days allowed they have an email set up to reply real fast and nothing gets resolved so you’re ultimately left with nothing don’t ever order from this crud company. Also many others are going on 8 weeks nothing.

"I’m sure the product is great"

I’m sure the product is great, i could give you a review if i actually had it. I spent £80 on this, on January 6th, it’s now the 26th of February, and there is no sign of it. I have emailed a few times, and i was told it would take six weeks. After that, all they said was that it should’ve been 6 weeks, giving me no idea as to how long i’d have to wait. The waiting time is a joke!!
