I bought a pipe from the Ashburton store, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The quality was subpar, and it didn’t function as well as I had hoped. However, the store had decent customer service, and the selection was okay. Hoping for better quality next time

Ashburton store sold me the worst pipe I’ve ever used. Doesn’t work and not able to get a refund when I went back. Do not buy the pipes!!!! WORST QUALITY and complete waste of money

Went to the pukekohe store today looking to spend a good 300 plues dollars to outfit my self my wife and my 20 yeaar old daughter with new bits and was told my 4 year old was not allowed in the store at all. so it is shoshas view that i leave my child out of site in a car, meaning that infants or thoes children with medical dependiences can not be in store at all. i have a feeling if i was a single female with her infant they would not have blinked as my wife has had our son with her before in the pukekohe store and no one said a thing. this interactrion shows a discriminatory company policy against parents with dependant children and men.

Today I went to get my usual vape juice they were out of stock and offered me an alternative. Unfortunately, when I filled my vape, their was a horrible rotten fruit taste and smell. Shosha eastgate refunded me no questions asked. They also let me know the Stanmore Rd store had what I was looking for. I arrive there got the juice and went to pay for it. Server asks my daughter for ID as she came in with me. I know it's irrelevant how old my daughter is if she does not have ID on her. I accepted that as I know that law. I asked the pink haired woman when was it ok to come back as this was the only store in stock. She looked at me and straight up said "never" in a very screwed up voice. I was a loyal customer, spending about $500 every few months.
This BS really got to me. I will not be using Shosha again.

Stated they sent product. No tracking numbers, no response to emails, now can't access website... don't order from these scammers

Don’t order if you’re from Australia. Multiple emails sent to enquire about my products with no response. And now can’t get into website. Save yourself the trouble and expense.

Staff at New Brighton store unprofessional and absolutely rude.
Completely misinterpreted a minor action I did that had no connotation attached.
I mentioned on leaving that it wouldn't hurt to smile, but got abuse back.
Shosha has lost a valuable customer.

Spent over $200 and goods were never delivered. I’ve emailed and had no response. No communication over three weeks since ordering, no purchase confirmation on my account. Avoid Shosha. It is a scam.
