Conclusion; I got the information and advice I need to make the right choices. Not once did I feel someone was trying to sell me anything.

"No hole for the water in a fountain???WHAAAT?????"

We bought a wall fountain from Soothing Walls and had professionals install it. There was a hole drilled for the electrical connection, but none for the water, so consequently you have to fill it manually with a hose. Though it's very pretty, I think it's poorly constructed. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

"Fountain design flaw."

The fountain is nice, but the two middle pools are too shallow and the water continuously splashed out onto the floor. I adjusted the water pump multiple times, but the problem persisted. I finally bought two ceramic bowls and cut the bottoms out of each and have the water flowing into the two bowls so as not to splash. This system is working fine now.
