Glorified PVA Adhesive with a bit of colour in it..
Use this stuff you will start again!
Prepped a wall to perfection. Ended up putting 5 coats on to cover. Just like pva adhiesive you cannot sand any blemishes as it rips up. Tears away from the wall like clingfilm. Roller marks as its that watery.
Company took 8 weeks to deal with the complaint, kept coming back to try and catch us out, then offered a voucher!!!
Partner was a commercial painter and has never seen rubbish like it. We peeled it off with our hands as it was like clingfilm. Had to prep the wall again.
B&Q manager chesterfield felt for us and sorted a proper paint for the job. Top marks to B&Q

Clearly cannot even read the review properly!
8 Weeks you kept us waiting to offer a voucher no compensation for the rework needed.

"Dog shi#"
This company wants to hang its boots up and stop selling paint, if that’s what they call it, I’ve spent around £500 on there paint bought the classic stuff in 4 colours went on patchy as hell , I tried rollering it, padding it, spraying it all with sanding down in between and still ends up looking crap, went back to BNQ explained it all and got blagged saying they don’t get and complaints about the premium so bought that in the 4 colours. Same again absolutely dog shi# patchy as hell no coverage at all and not even a colour match between the classic and premium, one wall had around 9 coats on hoping it would look good, now I’ve just had to buy a dry wall sander to sand all my money away as well as weeks of my time wasted, I’ve now had to get a local company to colour match the paints in Johnson’s paint. Avoid this paint at all costs

"terrible paint ."
terrible paint .i primed the walls first with a quality primer . i have now given the room 3 coats of Val Spa Premium and it's still patchy. After 3 days hard work i am now giving up on it and going back to Dulux . This is the 1st and last time using Val Spa . Total waste of my Bank Holiday not to mention over £100 of hard earned money.

"I thought valspar was a good make"
I thought valspar was a good make, how wrong was I, I’m on my 3rd coat and still patchy and not covering, I wish I’d bought dulux like I normally do 😤😤😤

"Valspar Premium Kitchen paint poor finish and not durable"
Bought Valspar Premium Kitchen and Bathroom paint because it was available in exactly the colour we wanted. The cabinet doors were sanded and primed. It was impossible to get even an acceptable finish with brush or roller - ended up spraying the paint and still ended up with a substandard finish. However, this was the least of the problems. Even after 4 weeks the paint still scratched off to the primer using just a fingernail and started to peel in some areas. Stripped the whole lot back, primed again and spray applied 2 coats of Tikkurila. Superb finish and glass hard. They will also mix to the Valspar colour chart - I really wish I'd done that in the first place as it would have saved me wasting money of two tins of Valspar "Premium" paint.

"Where do I start"
Where do I start! Purchased almost €700 worth of Valspar pain on 7th July. Professional painters arrived the next day to start on the work. Despite following all of the manufacturers instructions for prepping the surface, all of the painting is just scraping off. Used both classic and premium wood and metal with the same outcome. Went back to B&Q where the store manager was very supportive and advised that he'd escalate it to their Valspar rep. After dozens of emails back and forth with Valspar customer service with condescending responses on how to prepare a surface for painting, they will only offer vouchers for more Valspar paint! Why in God's name would I want that! I have since had to buy all my wood and metal paint with Fleetwood and after 4 people spending 2 days scraping off all the Valspar paint we finally completed the work. Note, the Fleetwood paint is not budging! Beyond disappointed with Valspar in terms of quality and customer support. I will not stop demanding a refund!!

"This is the worst paint I ever used"
This is the worst paint I ever used. Extremely patchy and fresh paint is removed when using a roller. We going back to dulux. A complete waste of time and money.

"This is the worst paint I have ever…"
This is the worst paint I have ever bought/ used. I got 3 colours of paint. You cannot go over the same bit once you have painted it even if it is 5 seconds later because if you do the paint is sticky and takes it back off the walls and leaves this part lumpy. I have had to do each wall 3 times and sand the wall where it has left line marks, and even then it is clumpy
and thick lines.Awful product and was not cheap either. Waste of £100!!

"Worst paint I’ve ever used"
Worst paint I’ve ever used! I’m on my third tin because it’s so patchy and uneven. The brush strokes don’t disappear so you HAVE to use a roller. It takes at least 3 coats before you get decent/even coverage. The colour I got was a burgundy shade, however, on the walls it’s red so not even close to the colour it’s supposed to be. Avoid at all costs. You won’t be saving money at all!
