"Plese please don't buy paint from this…"

Please please don't buy paint from this company, for many many months I have had to tolerate endless emails and excuses as to why not giving me my money back for the worst paint I have ever used? In spite of many pictures of tins of paint and many pictures of paint pealing off and receipt, they
are still thinking about if they should refund me? Three months gone by and received yet another email this morning still getting
told where thinking about it, after being told last message can we have your contact details so we can call you to arrange payment,
again no call! then email this morning.

Mostly darker paint for wood and metal that peels off, I have now read hundreds of complaints regarding this and yet they act as if your the first to complain about this problem, they are a huge company that disregards its customers and complaints in the hope you will give up trying to get your refund, I have read many many complaints all stating the same regarding peeling paint, ignoring complaints, and not refunding customers. I just wish I read the complaints before I bought the paint

Got a 5L tub to do a small bedroom. Paid extra for premium paint hoping it would need less coats (as described in shop), almost 10 litres in and it's still patchy after goodness knows how many coats. Really disappointed as this is for my child's bedroom and wanted the quality we were promised.

I reluctantly bought Valspar as it was the only interior furniture paint I could find for an urgent job and my previous Valspar experiences really weren’t great.
Oh my goodness !! Dead flat matt furniture paint was astonishingly good. It may be my wooden surfaces were well primed but this went on like a DREAM. Smooth, fabulous coverage ( I bought 2.5L as I expected it to be a bit meh, and I used about a quarter of that ) great pigmentation and fabulous finish. When I first poured it my heart sank as it was as watery as I’ve found their wall paint to be, but it just covered superbly. I still would be reluctant to buy their wall paint, but for me this was the best furniture paint for wooden furniture transformation I’ve ever used.

The samples I ordered arrived in prompt time. With so many colours it is now just a matter of making a choice for the rooms we will decorate.

Shocking customer service. ! Poor mixing of paint at store completely messed up Job hours of work wasted !!

I've been painting for years and this is the worse paint I’ve ever used it’s like water! I've reached out to valspar via the complaint process and they've responded with a solution for peeling paint!? My complaint was for thin watery paint not peeling paint. Not only is the paint poor quality, the customer service has been useless so far. I raised my complaint 9 days ago now.

Omg!!! I’ve been painting over 25 years and this is the worse paint I’ve ever used it’s like water and no coverage!!! How this is being sold in shops is beyond me!!! Terrible terrible experience

Very disappointed simply the worse paint I have ever used.
We had a professional decorator to paint a wall
2.7 m x 2.2m
Purchased 2.5ltr tin.
After 6 coats we are still left with a patchy wall and very uneven colour.
This is not a cheap product and we were advised to buy the premium with added primer. Very very unhappy with the outcome.
God help anyone who wants to paint a full room 😡

"Never again"

Paid the extra for bathroom appropriate paint but it shows water dribbles down the walls. I thought it maybe needed more time to cure but unfortunately that’s not the case.

My biggest gripe with Valspar is how inaccurate and misleading the paint sample swatches are. Veryyy irritating to find the actual paint colour looks nothing like the little piece of card you’ve spent hours deliberating over.

"Satinwood paint"

I bought satinwood paint in a custom colour. The colour has poor intensity and the paint is thin with poor coverage. I’ve done two coats over primed wood and it’s still streaky and clearly requiring a third coat. Disappointing.
