I ordered $5000 worth of gold in January. It is now the end of August I haven’t received anything. They are ignoring my emails. They’re not returning my phone calls. They stole my money. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I reported them to CIBC bank transfer the money from investigation they’re a bunch of thieves, don’t trust them

"Not a real business. You will never receive your order"
Canadian Bullion is the worst "business" I've ever dealt with in my life. It's currently August, and I have still not received the order that I placed in January despite the fact that the business in in the same province as I am, and the website clearly shows that the item I ordered is in stock. I've followed up multiple times, only to be told that my order is "in the shipping queue". I involved BBB, but they are only able to assist with legitimate businesses, and Canadian Bullion Suppliers at this point appears to be nothing more than an elaborate scam.

"Salesback Test: EPIC FAIL"
I waited more than 3 weeks and spent more than 12 hours on email correspondence, going to the bank so they can send me my sales money for gold I bought and sold them back. I was testing them to see if it was a scam.
As my test has been ongoing for more than 3 weeks and I've spent hours fighting with them, I personally think they are a scam, and this was only a $100 test.
I will never trust a business that cannot send $100 with ease and treat their clients well.
My advice: DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE AND BUY LOCAL GOLD AND SILVER.

"Disappointing Experience with Canadian Bullion"
I recently placed an order for $12,000 worth of gold with Canadian Bullion. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. After waiting for over a month without receiving my order, I decided to cancel it. However, the ordeal didn’t end there.
Despite numerous calls and emails, I have not received a refund or any response from Canadian Bullion. This lack of communication and delay in processing refunds is unacceptable. If I don’t receive my money this week, I am prepared to file a complaint with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to address this issue.
In summary, my advice would be to stay away from this company. Their poor customer service and handling of orders have left me frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered 2000 worth of silver on May 6, 2024. Have not received it yet. Have called, and I keep being told that it will be shipped at the end of the month. They said that last month and also in May. Submitted a complaint to BBB last week. I am thinking if this goes on much longer I should notify the OPP re potential fraud charges. Stay away from this company.
