"I ordered 10 oz of gold bars Jan. 09.2023"

I ordered 10 oz of gold bars Jan. 9, 2023 and still have NOT received a confirmation as to when my gold will arrive. I still have NOT received a return phone call about my order. This is Jan, 23, 2023 and still NO action on my calls or emails... Disgusted...

UPDATE!!! It's going to be another 2 weeks...14 days??? No way Jose..2 days as ther e will be no one here to sign for it...Jan. 23, 2023
Feb. 07 and still no gold!!!! Excuse is high supplies??? Really??? Sounds like a scam to me!!!!

"Don't be in a hurry to receive your orders."

They say between 5 and 20 business days for delivery. That means it will take 20+ business days before you receive your order. I ordered a silver bar (100oz) on September 20th and I just called them to get an update and they don't have any in stock yet. They said it should ship on Monday or Tuesday!! Wow just in time for the 20 business days. In the past 3 weeks I ordered from 4 other bullion sites and all my orders have been received.

I made the mistake of ordering a 1 ounce gold coin as a gift for my nephews birthday. I ordered it on Aug 2nd 2022. After payment cleared I waited a week and called to explain that this was a gift and the birthday is on August 16th. I spoke with a woman who said to me. Your order is SMALL. It’s not priority. I explained that this was my first time dealing with them and probably the last. She responded. You can always go elsewhere. She than told me that it could take up to 20 days to receive my coin but it usually takes less time. Since ordering from them I have ordered 2 other gold coins from another company and have received both coins. As of today. My order is still being processed. How does this company expect return customers. I will keep waiting while this company makes money on my money. Imagine I’d there are 100 people who ordered and the money they paid sits in the bank account of canadabullion. They are making serious coin. I won’t go as far as mentioning the other company I am now dealing with. I will say one thing. Canadabullion. You could learn a lot from theses other companies. GP

Avoid this company!! Please read my entire Review.
I made a precious metals purchase with Canadian Bullion aka (CB Metals) online on Mar 2, 2022. It took more than a month to receive my purchase. I called once my payment cleared to get status update and weekly to determine the status of the order. Every time they gave the excuse due to high demand, it will take 5 – 20 business days to deliver as per their website, which was on another page to find.
This company also gave me the SAME excuse, WE DO NOT STORE PRECIOUS METALS ONSITE TO SAVE ON INSURANCE COSTS and your order will be shipped out next week.
From my experience with this company I will never use them again!! They are very shady and not upfront with their policies. I do NOT TRUST this company!!! From my dealings with this company the same receptionists answers the phone there is one other employee in shipping and the Owner. That is the entire staff.

"Overall experience was just ok"

Overall experience was just ok, Did a few large purchases with them, took a little longer than promised to get the order in. Last purchase took forever, I had to keep chasing them, when I finally was told it was in, I went to get it and they couldn't find my order, was told the manager had it in the safe but wasn't there, when I went back again later on, I was given a different coin from what I ordered, but the only saving grace was on a customer service level, I was given something worth twice the weight value of what I ordered.

I might buy from them again, but would call to confirm delivery dates first.

Took 3 months to get my product. Every time I called the manager was not available. I would never do business with this company again.
