A phone call was made regarding the complaint.

Ordered a kilo bar which had a few scratches on the blank side. Phoned in my complaint. The usual we are sorry crap we will see what we can do. Never responded back.

Order took several months of delaying and was never sent. Called them a few times, each time they promised to send it in a week or 2 but never did. I asked for a refund but they asked me to show up at their business to collect a check once they tell me it's ready. I called multiple times to convince them to refund over interac and they eventually did, 3 months after I made the order. I think they still accept orders knowing that they have no inventory and just use your money for as long as they could.
