I hope I did not lose my money...

I ordered 1OZ Gold bar on Feb 7,2024. It was confirmed by them that payment cleared on Feb 9, 2024.
After sending once a week email for four weeks without any response started calling them once a week for last 3 weeks and listing to kind voice telling me I will receive shipping email this week and gold by next week, I am still waiting for email or gold bar today on March 31st, 2024. Meanwhile gold price has risen by 10% so I can’t get angry and ask for refund as they will make money on that too. Any suggestions?
