Have been using Cb metals for two years now. Delivery can some time be a few weeks, but I always get what I paid for! Good pricing, pleasant to deal with.

Due the current financial situation in Canada I was interested in investing in some gold and silver rounds for future securities and a good friend introduced me to Canadian Bullion.
I don't understand some of these bad reviews bcuz my experience was nothing short of professional, courteous, and an all-around pleasure to deal with. They gave me some good advice.
Yes, it took several weeks to receive my order, but I got exactly what I ordered and it came on the promised date with no hassles. I will definitely buy more in the future.

I placed the following:
1) January 17, 2024: 1 Oz BMO
Gold bar.
2) January 21, 2024: 10 oz Aarus
Silver bar
3) January 24, 2024: 1 Gr. Gold
maple leaf.
After many many polite, professional and approchable calls and emails, I decided to stop by there address at 1140 Sheppard Ave. West, North York, Ontario suite 12.
On my first visit the receptionist "Andrea" appologized that they don't keep inventory at this office. But, after some resistance from my side she gave me the 1Gr (the 3rd order).
Today February 21st, 2024, I called the Toronto police at: 416-808-2222 and I reported a FRAUD case by Canadian Bullion and I requested a police force to serve and protect me from this dealer who took myvmoney and did not deliver the items that he claimed to be in stock.

Next, I proceeded to the office awaiting the police. Once again "Andrea" told me the same thing that my order is not ready yet and they'll call me when they have it.

I replied that I don't care about anything other than taking my items that I paid for them a month ago and that's I'm not in a hurry because I'm waiting for the police force to join me very shortly.

She texted the owner/manager, who immediately came to great me and told me that although they don't have my items. But, since I am there, they'll take them from other orders and give them to me. Which I didn't really care about what he said or do.

Here's what happened:
1) Instead of the BMO 1OZ Gold, he gave me 1Oz Perth Gold.

2) Instead of the 10 Oz Aarus silver bar, he gave me 10 Canadian Maple Leaf Silver Rounds.
Which in all cases both items are more valuable than my original orders.
In additional and because I don't trust these people I insisted that they include the official serial number of each Peace on the invoice and I insisted to be typed and not written by hand.
I have all the proofs, pictures and emails.

Finally, I called the Toronto police again to cancel the request for the force to be located there, as I obtained my items.
Final Advice: I don't recommend anyone to make business with this company.

I have an outstanding from Nov 1, 2023. it is now almost 3 months later and have not received my order. The item is still offered for sale on the website. If it is out of stock, they should stop providing it for sale. Called many times and have been told to wait. Asking for a refund and getting the run around. I would suggest you do your research before you order anything from Canadian Bullion Suppliers.

"Seems fraud"

Ordered 8 December but not received yet. No response by phone. The status indicated shipped but not received. Seems to be fraud.

"Feels like fraud"

I made an order in November, but they haven't shipped anything until now, I asked them for a refund, but still nothing. They seem to be making money from my money and I want to report them for the fraud.

Do not buy from them. Get in your car and drive to a Gold seller and get it on the spot.
