" Excellent experience as promised"

After speaking to a sales rep I made an order a few weeks ago for 10 gold coins. The sales rep explained that the order will take 2-3 weeks to receive and the reason is because they do not keep large inventory and as a result are able to keep the cost low. The order arrived yesterday as promised. Would definitely order product again from them.

"Great Service, great prices, little longer wait times"

I recently bought from Canadian Bullion and had an easy time completing the process. It took around 3 weeks for the metal to show up but they had really good prices and they told me that beforehand. Will definitely use again.

"For starters over the last 3 years I…"

For starters over the last 3 years I have purchased from multiple suppliers and have accumulated several thousand worth of physical gold and silver so I have become familiar with the good and the bad.
Canadian Bullion Suppliers is the absolute worst that I have had to deal with.
If you wish to receive your order in a decent time then forget about this place.
If you wish for them to reply to any emails then you are just wasting your time.
THEY DO NOT REPLY!
Bought and paid for in mid Feb 23 and now mid Mar 23 and nothing received with zero communication.
You MUST communicate with your customers.
This place is simply pathetic.

UPDATE - April 24th with nothing received and ZERO communication including no contact by phone.
Small claims court plus Toronto Police is about to get involved as this place is fraudulent.

Canadian Bullion contacted me AFTER posting the above UPDATE.
They told me they had not heard from me or us.
BBB Better Business Bureau responded to me on April 14 saying they sent information on my file being opened on that date.
Canadian Bullion did NOT respond to me or the BBB.

"After writing a poor review of Canadian…"

After writing a poor review of Canadian Bullion, I was contacted by a rep. They assured me they would clear up any issues I had with my order.
As of today, all issues have been dealt with by Canadian Bullion and they have explained what had happened.
I wish to thank the rep from Canadian Bullion for contacting me , via phone, and clearing up the situation. I also would like to acknowledge Trustpilot for this forum.
I have also placed a new order with Canadian Bullion based on their customer service.
