I placed 3 orders 2 years ago and I haven't received my orders, nor communication of any kind from them .I think they blocked me.. Any lawyers that can help me out with this?

The worst company i ever I deal in my whole life. I ordered gold bullion on Dec 6, 2024 and received it on Feb 10, 2025. Once you order the product from this company then your next job will started after 20 business days. Yours next job is to call them everyday. Even if you get success to contact them, you will just get false promise. If anyone suffering same situation like mine you can deal with them in two ways. 1) Start complaining about them at BBB central Ontario. Or 2) If your order amount is less than $30,000 you can also take legal action through local registry office you don't need to hire private lawyer.

I had to threaten police action in order for them to send me my purchases after almost 7 weeks of lies and false promises.

Avoid this company at all costs

Add me to the list of Silver bullion purchasers seemingly duped into thinking this company would actually deliver on their "promises". I ordered 100 ounces of Silver Bullion in October. In December I was assured a refund check was going to be issued to me with accompanying tracking. I have received neither to date. Do not buy from this company!

:Edit. Today (after 5 plus months, a TP review and consulting with my bank and the BBB) I finally received my 100 ounce Silver Bullion bar. I am thankful (even though I asked for a refund) that the item did eventually show up but I will never go through that painful experience with this company again.
