After 11months still have not received my order

It took months and many calls to get what I ordered. It was supposed to be a 2023 Christmas gift and did not come until the late spring 2024. They lead you on everytime you call and have no intention of expediting your order when they say they do.

Quite delayed in processing with no answers. Many follow ups finally got the order but it was not a pleasant experience. It wasn’t we had threatened to call the credit card company to get them involved that it finally got processed.

"No delivery commitments met and the company manager is not approachabld"

This company does not meet any delivery commitments. The manager could not be approachable and they will not share his contact number in spite of repeated requests. No response to voice messages or office phones. No promises were met by them. My order was made on Sep 6th with fully paid amount in the same day. Initially they said the item will be delivered on Sep 2-st and then promised to deliver on Oct 6th. Surprisingly this item was not received in their office until Nov 14th, however they communicated that item was shipped on Oct 21st which is totally not true. Followed up every day over phone and actually shipped only on Nov 14th. I have ordered this item as a gift to a family function but could not provide. Please think twice before ordering any item as this company will not meet any delivery commitments and the manager is not approachable and responsible to the customers.

"Canadian Bullion honnest ??"

This company is there to collect money but not deliver 1 month ago Im ordered 3 1 oz silver bullions after multiple calls I was provided a bogus tracking number through Canada post ( a label was created but no merchandise was sent. It seems the comapny was ok till sometimes in August 2024 If I have a word of advice do not do business. There store in Montreal is seems is closed all voice mails are full and the deflector sheild answers the phone just to delay the process

"No Update on My Order"

Please issue me a refund or fulfill my order!! I made my order back in August. This is unacceptable. I have ordered from other dealers and received my purchase within a couple days. Not acceptable. The lady on the phone was also very unprofessional!

It's been 11 months since I placed my order. TOTALLY, not acceptable. Seems like the uptick in the gold price caught them off guard and they now need to source outstanding orders at current mkt price.
