I placed an order on June 2, 2024 and I still haven't received anything. I sent an email and no response. In my account, my order is still listed as in progress. I don't know what to do anymore.

I only ordered from them once, over a year ago, April 8,2023. They have sent me many requests for a review, so I will give them an honest review. I had checked their reviews before I ordered and was not that impressed but I thought I would give them a try anyway. I had ordered 19 RCM 10oz. Silver bars, as they were indicated as being in stock. I paid through bill payment and was ready for a wait period as I was a new customer. Within a couple of days I received a phone call from them, they wanted me to verify that I sent the payment so I did verify. I thought that meant that the shipment would possibly be delivered fairly soon. But No, I don’t exactly remember the length of time it took to actually receive my order but it was well over the 5-20 business day period mentioned in their website, somewhere around 6-8 weeks. I was thinking that I was scammed. It is quite stressful to think that I may have been scammed. I know that it is explained on the website that they are a small operation and it may take a while to receive an order but that is too long for my liking. At that time I had ordered from a few other bullion dealers and received my orders in 4-10 business days. When I put down that amount of money I expect to get fairly quick delivery, especially if the item is in stock. On a positive note, once my order did finally arrive, they were new silver bars, they were well packaged and the bars were in excellent condition in the original plastic packaging from the mint. I would just suggest to them to have quicker order processing and get the product out sooner.

When I placed an order for more than 18,000 dollars worth of silver I was advised to have it delivered to my house only to find it open in front of my door, no signature required just left there. Completely unacceptable. I've brought my business elsewhere since.
