"Way to Long for deliveries"

Nothing went wrong per se, however the customer service (there isnt any) and have been saying there are delays in delivery forever.. the reality is they don't want to ship the product until they have favorable spot prices to work with.. a 2-3 month delay in delivery of all orders being unacceptable for something that should be available and at your door in a day or two... your arent really saving any money by waiting so long and if it goes up or down in value while you are waiting you can't do anything about it

My order was from quite awhile ago and I remember having to wait roughly 4 to 6 months to receive the product. I was happy with it when it arrived but had to wait along time to receive it.

If you would like to receive your order, in say a week or two, not months, then order from another company.

These folks take your money then leave you hanging awaiting your order delivery.

Save yourself the stress and purchase from a reputable and customer focused business.

Their service is terrible!! They delivered me after 2 months of payment /purchased made.
When you call customer service they never give you satisfactory answer.

"Was I ever going to get this order"

I ordered my last order in Late January of 2024. This year! I was told and was used to in the last year or so to wait for my delivery for about a month. (I had place my first order in September of 2020.)
But a month went by, then 2 months. Then I was getting nervous. I started calling and emailing. On my first call or two I was told the order will be sent soon. Nothing happened. Then my calls were not answered. Left a detailed message Then I emailed with no response. So 3-4 emails & 3-4 phone calls.
So finally I made another call and got a another response from a woman who said it would be sent and it finally was !!
I was so nervous. I was sure I would not get my order. And very surprised how difficult it was to get this order compared to previous orders. Although they were always slow arriving. Unless the month time frame is now normal!
So the Jan 2024 ordered arrived May 14/24
