Ordered 42,000,00 worth of gold and silver in March and beginning of April. Having spoken to Andrea and emailed Zalman numerous times to demand I get my money back or the products. This back and forth has been going on for a month now. If I don't get it by end of June I will be making a fraud complaint to OPP.

Ordered for about 3000$ of gold on december 4th 2023. Six month later didn't get it. Called on may 7th when they assured me it will ship within a week. Didn't happen. Just called again today and told them my next step would be a cease and desist. Now I'm waiting.

Just to let you know, Zalman and Andrea came through with my bullion today. Granted it took 2 months but all was good. All waiting for your bullion just wait a bit longer and about at the 2 month mark you should get yours. The gold market is pretty tight (maybe crazy) right now but all will be good!! (Andrea - eat your brussel sprouts!!)

"Possible Scammers"

I was looking for the best price online for precious metals and came across this company.
The website looked legitimate so I set up an account and placed an order for a 100 ounce RCM bar and to 1 ounce gold coins for just a little under 10K on March 18th.
It is now May 14th and I am still awaiting delivery.
I have called repeatedly to find out when I can expect delivery and have either gotten the run around and an answering service.
There is no customer service and I am starting to believe these guys are scammers.
Do not buy from these guys.
As of today I will be contacting the local Better Business Bureau, the local PD and my. bank to find out more about this company to see if they are legitimate or an elaborate scam site.

"In Stock - Liars. "

I placed an order for 25x1g gold coins that are "In Stock". I e-transferred the funds and got an order number. After 1 month, I called to ask for an update. They told me that they were swamped and could not get to my order. Another month passed and I called to ask for my order or cancel my order so I can buy from someone else. No response. Another month passed and I was told they would send my order by the end of the week or refund. Another month passed, and at this time the price on their site for the 25x1g gold coins had gone up by $300CAD; also stating they were "In-Stock". So, I asked for them to deliver my coins, or I would sell my order to them for their price on the website. They finally refunded my order without compensating for the 4 month change in gold prices.

Unless you want to extend a free loan to this shady company, find a company that doesn't post on their website, "Due to unprecedented order volumes please expect a shipping delay. We thank you for your patience and understanding." This gives them an out to not delivery your goods in a timely manner.
