I ordered on May 31, 2024 and just received my order today on September 20, 2024

It took 4 months to get my order.

I am giving this company 2 stars because I did get my order. That being said I will never be a repeat customer, because good customer service means communicating with customers and their was very little communication and my emails were being ignored.

I was expecting my order within 5 to 20 business days as was stated on the website. However whenever I tried to reach out to Canadian Bullion to ask where my order was they never responded to my inquires. This lead to a great deal of stress. I thought they were going to take my money and run. So I was as pleased as punch to get my order even if it did take a very long time.

Another issue is that Canadian Bullion had told me they mailed my package on September 3, 2024 and had given me a tracking number. Then they forgot to mail it. I waited a couple weeks and contacted Canadian Bullion and told them that nobody mailed my order. Well the very next day they mailed it.

If anyone does decide to order from this company then I suggest using a credit card and not do an electronic money transfer as I had done. Credit cards will give you an extra layer of protection if your order doesn't show up.

As for me, the next time I want bullion I am going to a coin shop. I hope that in time that Canadian Bullion will do something to improve.
