I place an order with this company June 7th, 2023 & added to the order June 9th…it is now August 28th…I have not yet received my order. It has been 82 days…almost 3 months! I’ve called several times for an update & am always told it will be sent out next week…only to not be sent out. They have finally violated my trust … if they have been continuously dishonest when it comes to shipping my order..perhaps they are being dishonest about the products their “selling”. Today I called to cancel my order as I no longer trust them…they are charging me $100 to refund my money…& their mailing the check next week. They have breached our business agreement…orders are to be shipped within 5-20 business days as stated on their web site…they have been dishonest when I inquire…& now charging me a fee for their own negligence & misconduct. I do not recommend doing business with this company as I am disappointed with my experience & financial loss. I have done business with other company’s in this market & usually have my order arrive within 10 days.

"Orders take months to fulfill, if ever"

Order placed in April and still hasn't shipped as of June. No status updates provided. They are clearly "selling" gold that they don't actually possess, which works fine when they can place a corresponding order with their supplier and have it fulfilled in a couple days. However, now that demand is surging this game doesn't work and you end up with you cash being stuck with them for months HOPING that you'll get your gold, in the end.

Now I'm waiting on a refund, and even that has been slow coming.

Do NOT deal with this company.
