The worst rip off ever. After ordering from the store and paying $190 for my order placed last month, they told me I never paid. Sent them proof of the payment but no response. Money laundering! Please don’t order anything through them, I never experienced such a horrible scam. Disgusting!

"Customer Service Disappointment"

I purchased a pair of adidas shoes from JD Sport advertised as Womens. I had no need to check sizing as in my other adidas shoes I am a womens Size 8 or 8.5. My unisex Sambas are a little on the large side and are a US 6.5. On delivery the shoes are a Mens 7 and a size to large. So I now have to return these shoes. I have contacted the service team only to be quoted by email and in person the adidas sizing mens vs women's. I have request JD assist me and pay for the shipping on my replacement shoes only to be told NO in the first instance and then by phone NO again until I spoke with a 'manager' who advised they would refund after the fact. I really really disappointed in the way this has been handled and I think the company could do better. How after 6 emails and a phone call am I going to arrange the refund of shipping? How would I even go about explaining to a customer service person, I want my shipping refunded and why should I have to when the advertising is incorrect. Come on JD Sort do better. Change the advertising for a start so people are encouraged to check their sizing I am sorry but a Mens 7 US is not a Womens 8 adidas.

I bought a pair of Nike 95s off of jd sports in Hamilton New Zealand , they told me the shoes would be delayed to deliver to my house I waited 3 months and they still never came straight up scammed $290 off of me never buying from there again I don’t recommend buying from that place they will talk to you like they care about your order soon as you leave they just completely forget about your order and throw it away 1 star rating this happened around the end of the year I don’t remember exact date but ye was meant to get them for Christmas but they never came bogus as hell fr made me wait so long edit - I still haven’t got my money back they are tryna make me drive another 1 hour just to get my money back

Disappointing Service and Deceptive Sales Tactics

I had a frustrating experience at JD Sports when purchasing a pair of Nike Air Dunks. After I expressed interest in the shoes, the first sales associate disappeared without explanation. I had to find another staff member to assist me. To add to the disappointment, the second associate casually offered a bottle of spray without clearly disclosing that it costs $35.

This lack of transparency and poor service left a bad impression. Customers deserve honesty and respect during their shopping experience, and for that reason, I will never shop at JD Sports ever again.

"Lousy customer service"

Lousy customer service. Tried to change a size 5 to a size 6 five minutes after placing my order and told I’ll have to wait until delivery and send them back. They were not packed until 24 hours after my order so should not have been a problem! So shit.

They sent my son pants instead of the hoodie and we ended up getting $30 refund and 20 percent discount which is amazing so now he can buy the hoodie for $106

Terrible customer service, if they make a mistake they’ll somehow try to pin it on you and make you fill out forms without garuntee of a refund. Never shipped my order and acted like it was my fault :/

If I could give zero stars I would. Been waiting for a month for my order and the customer service team is completely useless . They'll say it will be upto 8 bussiness days . 10 days later they say upto 7 bussiness days . Now I'm waiting for the next excuse !

i was at jd sport manukau last week, they followed me everywhere coz apparently i looked suspicious. they did not know that i have money that would probably pay all their worker 12 months worth of salary, they followed me to every corner i went, i did not like how they treated me and tbh it was really rude, i wa showing to buy gift cards for my family for christmas but because they were on me the whole time i left and went to nike in newmarket. i swear they judge the book before even getting to know or help you. disgusting
