"Poor communication"
I bought a replacement part from Matki and after paying by credit bard over the phone, I was told I would NOT receive a confirmation email and their courier would contact me within 5 working days to deliver the part. After 6 working days I emailed Matki and found that they had sent the part to the wrong address (this is why confirmation emails are useful), as they had made a typo in my order. They said the part would be redelivered the next day, but no one called and nothing came. I emailed them again and hoping for the best, but when neither they nor their courier email to confirm details or delivery, it's inevitable things will go wrong.

Purchased a Matki EPQ Matki Eauzone Plus shower enclosure for a complete bathroom refit. The bathroom installer ran into difficulty with fitting the 10mm glass panels and frame and rang Matki customer services for help. David Lawrence Customer Services Manager liaised with the installer to understand the problems he was having and eventually it was agreed to send a Matki engineer to our house and complete the installation. As the customer I have to say that the service was exemplary and I would like to thank David and the technician Alan for their support and we now have an amazing shower to enjoy. Thank you Matki for going that extra mile with first class customer service.
