The customer service had been exceptional from placing the order, storage to delivery. The chaps who delivered the laminate, 120 packs, even brought them in to the house!!

Ordered quickstep floor bars and in my error ordered too many, didn't realise they could be cut to size. I requested to return 3 and was told they would charge 30%restocking fee even though they are brand new and in the packaging not been opened also have to pay a courier to return them. would not recommend this company as taken 30% is completely unfair.

I've used Bestatflooring several times as their prices are very competitive. My latest use justifies this review, which in all honesty is a long time coming! I ordered some flooring online one evening, called them the next day to check if in stock, it was, the sales staff were informative and very polite and helpful, and arranged for me to collect that day. The warehouse staff were super efficient and again very helpful and polite. In less than a day I had my flooring which enabled me to progress my job. I couldn't ask for more I terms of service and will continue to us this company for my flooring needs.

This is such an easy company to deal with. I was looking for quickstep flooring to be delivered to Inverness in Scotland. First thing I asked was if they delivered to Scotland which they did. Kris asked for my postcode and he told me that they did deliver to Inverness. A couple of other companies, south of the border, didn’t even know where Inverness was and said it wasn’t deemed part of the UK mainland! I was very impressed with the whole process from start to finish. I placed my order on Tuesday 10 December and Kris told me it would be delivered Monday 16th which it was! The price was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend Best at Flooring and would certainly use them again. Thanks Kris for such a great service.
